Subway

this subway is one of the worst places to visit.
yes they are friendly and greet you when you enter. but they make your sandwiches like a piece of shit. i unwrapped my sandwich once i arrived home and it was a mess and everything just out of place. i recommend the subway on Topanga and Lassen instead of this place.

didn’t run into Jared so I’m glad about that. cookies were good too but there wasn’t any unsweetened tea in the dispenser :(.

I came 4min before they closed. Didn’t want to eat and 100% junk but the girls who are working looked at me while I was about to walk in and said they are closed. Really the time outside said open till you 12. Thanks to you now I have to drive. I guess they don’t want the business. Not coming back

This use to be a good Subway. Today ordered the deli special and double meat turkey sandwich. Very little lettuce and my deli meat sandwich I ordered the yellow chilies, no chilies. Go somewhere else.

We ordered a sandwich platter at this location on Mason and Devonshire. And we only had one special order request was no condiments on the sandwiches on the side but when we got home the sandwiches were not even made. They had given a bowl of lettuce onions and pickles green peppers on the side. So we had to actually to make the sandwiches ourselves. Basic vegetables NO TOMATOES, OLIVES, CUCUMBERS, This looks like something they through together in a hurry.
This is not what we asked for but That’s not the reason why we are leaving a review the reason is the sandwiches were terrible they were bad old looking like leftovers nobody even tried to make a sandwich because of that reason I was embarrassed because we had guest over. I had to call and talk to the manager it’s been a couple days ago no response back so this is why this review is being posted. With pictures so hopefully this location will take more respect and making your sandwiches for you and the customers
The sandwich platter was ordered by my sister she picked it up. The end result when I saw it on the table was… DID YOU ACTUALLY PAY FOR THIS MESS! IT WAS BAD WORSE THEN THE PICTURE ACTUALLY SHOW.

I went there yesterday for lunch after work, the short dark lady who helped me was very rude & seemed to be in a bad mood. Gave literally 3 flakes of lettuce. I asked which soups they had that day & she gave me a sarcastic rude answer. Won’t be going back. The girl who rang me up at the register was nice though, tall caucasian lady

Worst Subway. drive the extra mile go to the one on Topanga .they never get the orders right and the Manger Is RUDE And doesn’t care. it’s weird how their sandwiches are so bad at this one. Don’t they all follow the same recipes?

I like going to this subway because it is very clean and the employees are not rude. They are so nice.

Very friendly and over the top service. My son spilled his drink on my Daughters sandwich and they were willing to make a whole new one for free, even though I only asked to buy bread. Also the kids came from a baseball game and made a mess on the floor with dirt. We offered to clean it but they said they would do it with a smile. That day was kinda a mess for us but the staff made is seem ok though.

Every time I go to this Subway I kick myself for not driving the extra mile or so to go to the one on Corbin. This one always seems to skimp on the veggies which is extra annoying because I always get the veggie sub. The customer service isn’t always great either.
But today was by far the worst experience… The girl making my sandwich had a really long hair attached to her shirt which ended up on her hand, then on the knife she was using to try to cut into the rock hard avocado, I tried telling her before it made it onto my sandwich and she had someone else finish my order. I also asked for a different avocado after a few minutes of her trying to cut into it to get out the remainder of the seed walls that were stuck to the inside… Obviously if it’s too hard to cut into it’s not ripe. I thought maybe she was just new and so I tried to be as nice as I could about it. I thought that was the worst of it until I got the sandwich to work and bit into it… I thought I was going to puke! The black olives had either gone bad or weren’t ripe as well, all I know is that was the nastiest thing I have ever tasted! In a moment if stupidity, I took out one of the black olives to test if that was the problem, and sure enough it was. I will not be going back to this Subway EVER again, and good luck to those of you that do!

Eating a sandwich here is like eating a burger from McDonald’s. It doesn’t taste anything like the nearby Panera, Corner Bakery or even Jersey Mikes. Service is fine, but the quality is poor. You might save a buck from the above mentioned spots, but you give up flavor, too.

I always like going here. Close to home and good service. Good is fresh an the place it’s clean.

The reason I didn’t give this subway 5 stars because of a few reasons. Everything is fresh and it tastes and it tastes good. But the chairs and the floors were dirty and had many pieces of bread and etc. on the floor. By the self pour drink area I couldn’t find the straws, if you can believe it I had to bend down to get the straws. Why can’t they be on the table! It’s at kids height, I shouldn’t have to bend down. As I was getting my sandwich the girl named Katie was talking to one of the staff while she was making my sandwich, I had to get her attention a couple of times. Also, while she was helping me she was stocking inventory.
I would come back but I will only do a take out order, and I will also try to make sure that she doesn’t help me.

THE WORST SUBWAY EVER! When getting a double-​chicken chopped salad, I noticed that the cucumbers were dark and not fresh and asked them to use fresh once. They gave me from another counter but kept on giving the bad once to other people. I asked them why? They said, this is how they came in the morning. So if you see that something is not fresh, you just continue giving it to customers. Yak! The worst subway around. I will never go back there again. The guy making my sandwich wasn’t responsive and what seems like a manager, was rude and involved another customer who was rude to me too. So disappointing, I will never go back and would not advise anyone who wants fresh veggies to go there.

Best subway around. Friendly staff, and when you ask for «lots» of something, you get it. aweeessoommeeenneesssss

This is the best Subway around my job and I’ve been to a few. I will continue coming here.

I used to work at this Subway. I like the customer service there more than the food. Lol. Having worked at Subway for 2 years 4 years ago, I’m still a little «Subway-​ed out». Lol. I believe one of the guys that works there is named Nick. He’s great! Always has a smile on his face.
I recommend the Spicy Italian or the Turkey, Bacon & Avocado.

I’m grateful for a subway whenever I just need to grab a bite. Very quick, simple and fresh. Yesterday I tried their salads for a first time — exactly what I expected, my tuna sandwich without the bread — very satisfying. The best part is — I know what to expect in an amount of time I have! Thank you guys!

Customer service: It’s simple. Food tastes better when you have great customer service. I felt appreciated from the moment that I stepped into the restaurant. Workers greeted not only my but each customer who entered. The staff seemed pretty happy about working there and it showed through their service.
Food: My sandwich was made well and I was asked at each step of building my sandwich what ingredients I wanted and the worker was patient with my preferences. I got the turkey breast sandwich and blt footlong sandwiches and they tasted fresh and great. The only thing was that the bread became slightly soggy but not too bad (took it to-​go but only in the car for 10 minutes or so).
Restaurant environment: i didnt dine in but upon entering it was clean. Felt nice and spacious.
Prices: Prices were great because it was 5 bucks for a footlong except fir premium sandwiches (special for the month of October).

Good sandwich experience :)
The girl had a bit of a hard time with the payment method, but that’s understandable because I had 3 seperate orders all with a seperate card. Not to mention the sudden rush that the poor students had to endure. She ended up getting all of the orders correct as well as the payment.
