I and my family have used The Gold Rush Jewelers on multiple occasions, and have always been very happy with their work, professionalism and value. I recently brought them a James Avery box link silver chain I’d broken and needed repaired. They told me this style link was more difficult to repair and match exactly and couldn’t guarantee results. They explained they had someone would take a look at and provide a quote. Deciding not to ship it to Texas to the original maker for repair I gave the green light to repair, and how happy I am that I did. I picked up the chain today and it looks brand new! No way can I see where the broken link was. The repair was less costly than had I sent it to the original maker and it was repaired in with less than a week turn around! I have never been disappointed with their work and don’t think I will be in the future. How nice it is to tell you I trust these people with any jewelry needs, past present and future.

I am glad to have finally found a jeweler that I am comfortable with. Everyone here is very friendly.
Had a bent ring that my mother gave me for my upcoming wedding fixed and sized down. Upon picking it up it was a tiny bit too small so Ira had it fixed right then and there. Fits perfect now.
We also ordered a custom ring for my fiancé. Picked out the stone from a collection he has on hand. Can’t wait to see the final product. Will post pics when we receive it sometime around February.
Ira also said he might be able to fix my wedding band that was made not so great by another place. I sure hope so.

Good experience, I would go here again. Honest people are hard to find but here I am pleased :-)

Ira, Richard, and the entire family at The Gold Rush are amazing. My family has trusted The Gold Rush with our jewelry needs for three decades. When it came time to buy an engagement ring for my girlfriend, I knew Ira would take great care of us. Ira and Richard were extremely helpful and patient through the process of designing the ring. They made us a gorgeous ring.

You did such a beautiful job on my Mother’s wedding ring redesign. It makes me cry, thank you for using every diamond in her ring. The result is perfect. Thank you for working with me, listening to my ideas, and making them come to life. I wish she was alive to see it, she would be so happy and so touched. Thank you also for not over charging me, I appreciate that. I will be back. My Mother and Father in law are long time customers and I know why.

Sometimes I forget how great it is to shop local. My wife and I were having trouble getting the diamond replaced in her wedding band and all the places we went were a pain. When I searched on Unilocal I found Gold Rush and realized that I needed to try something outside the mall. The long time in business and great reviews made me want to try them. We’re very glad we did as they were very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. The work was done very quickly and we love how the ring (and a pair of earrings we had them make) turned out and will definitely shop there again.

It was great working with everyone in The Gold Rush! My fiancé and I both had custom rings made here, and both of them were exactly what we wanted and flawless. Everyone tells you what you need to know along the way, and includes you on each step of the process. I also love that I can get my ring cleaned here as often as I like. Ira runs a great business. I will refer all of my friends here for anything custom!

Love this place. My mother has gone here and known Ira for many years. He and his son did a custom ring for me using a ring we got in Alaska that no one else would touch. I was blown away by how beautiful it came out. This is an honest reputable store and is the only jeweler I will go to.

I usually have a general idea of what I am going to buy. Go in, check out the options
and done. Always friendly.
They wrap the gift all pretty. Easy.

I went to Gold Rush Jewelers to have my diamond solitaire reset into a brand new mounting. Ira was so nice and friendly, I felt comfortable and had no worries. A customer in the store even told me how wonderful Ira’s work is, and how pleased she is with everything. So, then why is the workmaship on the resetting so poor? What happened? My diamond is titled, the prongs have been bent and are not straight and the overall look of the setting is shameful. The new setting was perfect when I brought it in and Ira pre-​set the stone in front of me. Then he went into the back of the store and something must have gone wrong. I don’t know what happened, but when you look at the basket setting, the prongs are uneven and the stone itself is sitting on a slant instead of being properly set. A part of me wants to go back and ask him what happened and also ask that he correct the problems. But on the other hand, I am afraid that he may do even more harm to the ring. I mean, if he could not properly set a stone in a basket setting when it was perfectly new, how is he going to deal with the setting now that it had been «damaged»?
I am so disappointed.
