I might as well have gone to the the local Y. The pool was filled with 10 – 12 young ladies with their high pitch squealing and screaming and splashing– they were having a great time but it was not really conducive to the relaxing«spa» experience I was looking forward to. The«lounge» area is a cramped hallway nicely appointed but still a HALLWAY With in and out traffic — yeah, THAT’S RELAXING! As for my spa treatment a 50 min Deep Massage… lets just say it was not as deep as I would’ve liked even after expressing to the masseuse that she could go deeper with the pressure. I’ve gotten chair massages that were better… Oh well — lesson learned.

Whatever you do… Do NOT get a massage from Danielle. She is absolutely the worst massage therapist I have ever encountered. It was supposed to be a deep tissue and I couldn’t feel anything. I had to ask her 10 times to press harder and she couldn’t do it. Every 2 minutes she started talking and then every minute told me to take a deep breath in. It was so annoying. She pressed in all the wrong spots and she pinched me really hard out of frustration. She needs to get another job or start working out. It was soooooo horrible that I GOTUPANDLEFT before my massage was over. I left in more pain than I began. Facility is average but waiting room is very narrow and not relaxing with everyone walking back and forth and having to listen to people in the nail salon blab about their boring lives. STAYAWAY!!!

Lovely small, quiet spa that is very guest focused and accommodating. Enjoyed a very relaxing and excellent facial, pedicure and manicure by a very well trained aesthetician/nail tech. While it’s located within the Chattanoogan Hotel, I’d patronize it if I were a local. It’s a gem of a find.
