I always use Valvoline to get my oil changed, but this was my first visit to this location. Two days in a row, I pulled in with one car in front of me and another in the station(in both lanes). I imagined my wait couldn’t be more than 20 minutes or so(10 min per car). Well 40 minutes later, the first car had still not pulled out, hood still up, no sign of being finished any time soon. I had to leave since I only had a one hour lunch break. I returned the second day thinking perhaps it was just a bad day before. But for this to happen 2 days in a row was frustrating. As a «quick» oil change facility, the attendants should come let us know if they are short handed or experiencing problems, so customers are aware of the expected wait time before waiting so long just to leave without service.
