Groupon led me to this place. Once there Katie put me at ease. My eyelashes look so natural yet so long I don’t have to wear mascara. Well worth the money.
And although the groupon said I’d have to use the full within two weeks, Katie said it was good as long as I liked, to try to make them last as long as I could.
I will do be going back. Try a new set of lashes you’ll be seriously amazed!

I have been going here for years and happy with the results. Mostly. On a few occasions a girl with dyed and drawn on crazy eyebrows that I never should have trusted with my own, occasionally goes too thin, despite direction not to. Just now, I got this girl again. I had been waiting and there was a line so I went ahead with her. I have been growing out my eyebrows for over a month, to get them back to a natural shape. This girl goes and removes so much of the tail on one side that if you look at me head on, it suddenly looks like I have half an eyebrow. And, as usual wayyyy to thin overall even though I asked only for a clean up of strays. I tell her this isn’t what I asked for. And she proceeds to tell me in 7 different ways, with increasing attitude, how I’m mistaken, and then says: «you do a good job, and no one appreciates it» AND ROLLS HER EYES AT ME. I’m furious that not only do I have a terrible botch of a job to live with, but also that I was treated so rudely. I’m very disappointed that after a long and happy relationship with this business I am left with no choice but to withdraw my patronage permanently.

I absolutely love this place!!! This was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded! I usually get them waxed and i will never do that again since trying this! She shaped them just beautiful! I was also super scared to get this done but it felt almost the same as waxing!

Noticed this place for the first time today. I was on the second floor of the mall. Its location is not as easy as Model Browz, which is right by the DSW entrance. However, this space is larger and more inviting.
You walk in, its well lit, has 4 chairs with large mirrors in front of them. Very comfortable waiting area with a couch and lots of comfy chairs.
They do a lot more than eyebrow threading — but I was there for that. She did a good job cleaning my brows up, and was fast and efficient.
I did have to wait a little while as there were some people who got there before me. They also do full facial threading (sounds painful to me, but I don’t have facial hair so am not sure). They do eyebrow tinting and various henna tattoos as well. They offer waxing, although I did not see anywhere that was done behind closed doors, so I’m not sure what kind of waxing they offer. I did not notice any wax either.
More than reasonable pricing. Its a chain, but a small one, and I give it the extra star because the environment is pleasant and the prices are right.
