Dental Health Int’l DMD PC

I had an amazing experience at this dental office. The front desk staff was so kind — I had to reschedule my appointment twice, once because of a doctors appointment I had forgotten about, and the second time because of my kids — and they were totally understanding and could fit me in right away. They are all about making sure the patient is comfortable, and setting up appointments within the patients convenience. I get nervous at the dental office often, and I tend to sweat when I am about to get the needle in my mouth (bad childhood dentist scarred me for life!). But I felt totally comfortable with my doctor. He was very kind, and engaged me in conversations about politics, my kids, schooling, etc — and this distraction worked! I was so involved in what he was talking about that the shot felt like a blur, and I couldn’t believe how fast he was with the needle. I really recommend this dental office — great staff, very friendly, and the office is all about making sure the patient is comfortable and happy!

Awful. If you can go elsewhere, do. My fiancé was referred here by his dentist for a root canal. I called and made an appointment for this dentist who only was there on Saturdays (the one referred by his dentist). Which was really inconvenient for his schedule. Anyway, come the morning of the appointment, we show up early and the whole place was closed. Waited a half hour past the time of the appointment– no one ever came. Later I heard they had decided to shut down for a long weekend but we had never been contacted.
Then we went in last week to make up the appointment they missed– only to be told «we can’t help you since insurance companies are closed Saturday».
A lot of wasted time, no customer service. Annoying TV in waiting room that they won’t turn off.
