Just moved back to Boston… was trying to inprocess my daughter so I can schedule her 1 year physical… The lady on the phone said I needed to go in person with my daughter’s shot records in order for me to do that… I did just that. Went to the third floor in to pediatrics and the front desk lady told me to fill out a form and go to the first floor to inprocess my daughter… So went to the first floor… The lady asked u for my daughter’s birth certificate and I told her the lady on the phone didn’t tell me to bring that… So that lady sent me back to the third floor and told me to use the black phone to inprocess… Went back and I explained to her what the first floor lady told me so she pointed me to the phone… After I waited for nearly half an hour the lady on the phone was actually nice, I went to the front desk and have the lady the shot records and told her to make copies that I needed a copy for my daughter’s daycare, that’s where the last informed me that she cannot make copies so I went downstairs back to the front desk where the lady said she could not make copies… What kinda shitty clinic is this?

Disgusting. Rude and unprofessional. Caught scabies from the waiting room and when I tried to tell someone about it they didn’t even acknowldege it. Avoid this place if you can.

6÷3÷20135 stars for Milly Diaz!!! Efficient, friendly, model employee for MGH Chelsea! 2÷28÷2011 Edit« Staff is great — except for lady who draws blood. She was very dirty and when I told her to use fresh alcohol pads with my recently punctured arm, she made a point to use a dirty pad. Very disgusting and uncalled for.

Updated review: 4÷9÷13 My opinion of this office has improved over the past year. I previously had a lot of frustration with the staff and the inability to keep appointment times. But I feel that they have gotten better. Parking here is a pain. The spots are almost always full, and I have had nasty people steal a spot I was waiting for because parking is so bad. The only alternative is a satellite lot across the railroad tracks. They have valet parking… if you want to wait 20 minutes for your car. When you call to schedule an appointment, the hold time can be significant(and sometimes they accidentally hang up and you have to start all over). I think they have WAY too many patients as the waiting room is always overcrowded. Generally speaking, you will never be seen at your exact appointment time. I understand that the doctor wants to spend time with patients, which I absolutely appreciate. But knowing that’s the case, I wish they would allot for that when booking the appointments. They recently moved to another floor which has a much nicer office than previously. However, there is no well room! So all the sick kids are mixed in with the kids who have regular visits. They’ll give masks to kids who are sick but good luck getting those on a toddler or baby. There aren’t many toys(which is good because I don’t want my son touching what the sick kids play with) but they have a big tv and usually play movies. Our pediatrician, Dr. Guglietta, is so nice, friendly and helpful. I really love going to her, and have since my son was 1 month old(now he’s almost 3). There are definitely offices that are closer to my house but for now I go out of my way to see her because I like her.
