Nice shop with good barbers. Would be 5 stars if they didn’t take so many breaks to talk. Chi Chi is the man on the blow outs.

Went there for the 1^st time Yesterday. Wanted to get a fresh fade to bring in the New Years 2016. My boy told me to go to the guy on the left. His name is Joel (has a sleeve tattoo). I showed him pictures of how i wanted my hair and beard and he hooked it up fresh 2 def?! Ready to bring in the NYE. Thanks and I will definitely come back. I would advise you get there early before the 5p rush or it might be a long wait. I waited an hour tops.

I have been coming here for years, this place is one of the originals of their kind of barbershops in Chelsea. This is not your hair cuttery or super cuts, they are many like this in the city. They all have many barbers so their is always someone ready either when you walk in or at least within the next 20 – 30 min. They’re prices are really reasonable not overly expensive so it’s awesome when your ready for another hair cut after a few weeks.

I would go with the first two barbers on the left side when you first walk in. They will hook you up proper. It’s loud in there with music bumpin’, people chatting, but it’s all love. I can dig that.

This place is 4 blocks from my house. Been coming here 4 – 5 times a month for the past 5 months and at different times of the day. Met all the barbers, got a haircut from all of them. I am not a barber myself and I am rating individual barbers on my own personal experiences with them.
Location: ³⁄₅ Located in the middle of 5-​way intersection of a residential area provides for limited parking options closer than a block from Santiago. MBTA stop is a few feet from the door.
Inside: ⁴⁄₅ As soon as you open the door you are welcomed by Merengue, or Bachata over the sound system. Baseball game on flat-​screen in the corner, and barbers conversing with each other. Limited seating is an inconvenience on a busy afternoon (see below)
Wait Time: ⁴⁄₅ depending on Barber preference AM approx. 10 – 30 min. PM 30min-​1hr
Haircut: Based on individual barber skill.
Elbin: ⁵⁄₅ expect a long wait for this guy, seems like everyone is here for him. Cuts quickly but precisely. My barber nuff said.
Joel: ⁵⁄₅ usually there’s a wait for Joel, no doubting his skill with a straight edge (impeccably shaped goatee)
Javier: ⁴⁄₅ great but took too long for a cut once.
Jose 3.5÷5 standard barber. Doesn’t do those little things that would help your cut look better. Only great thing about him is little to no wait time.
Overall ⁴⁄₅ This barbershop, has a few standout barbers who love and are passionate about what they do. While that usually translates waiting a bit longer for a cut, it doesn’t take away from the overall quality of your haircut. If you’re patient, you will be rewarded with a great time and a great look.
