Nice, newly remodeled Wendy’s. Had no issues with the service and the food was as expected. That $ 4 deal they have now is such a bet. A 4 piece nugget, small fries, a junior bacon cheeseburger, and a drink for like $ 4.25 after tax.
Would return.

Every time I am here they are out of potatoes. This time they were also out of vanilla frostys. To top it off the woman was very nasty and rude. And we didn’t get a receipt otherwise I would do a survey !

Piss poor customer service through drive thru not to mention how long it took to complete an order. Needless to say I will not be returning here.

Save yourself the stress when your trying to get a late night snack or meal from here. It took them 40 mins to get 4 cars through the drive thru at 9 o’clock at night. I thought there was only one worker initially, but when I pulled up there was at least 2 other workers just standing around. On multiple occasions I would arrive home to find my order wrong, and the fries either cold or have a funny taste to them.

I absolutely love there chicken nuggets. Car service is slow but steady, can’t say much about the internal, although I hear it looks modern and fresh.

Big fan of the remodel. This place looks brand new. Wendy’s is always a great late night stop, this one is no exception. Last time I stopped here there was a line nearly wrapping around the entire building. My wife and I were shocked how quickly they were able to work through the orders. The new flatbreads are pretty good too, but I’m still not buying their latest fries. My wife, (who hates salt) even had to salt these they lacked so much flavor. Other than that, I think this is a nice Wendy’s location to stop by.

SO EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO THERE ITS A SCREW UP. I MEAN HOW HARD IS IT TO PUT TOGETHER 2 #10s wt ON LARGE ROOT BEER AND ONE MEDIUM ROOT BEER. 2 KIDS MEALS NUGGETS ONE ROOT BEER AND ONE REG MILK?
I looked in my bag and I have 2 additional burgers and both my adult drinks were like a jombo size and the reg milk was a chocolate milk. when I told them my order was wrong they huffed at my.
They had to give me money back for the burgers they charged me for that i never ordered. NO KETCHUP, NO DIPPING SAUCE FOR MY NUGGETS AND I AM STILL LOOKING AT A JUMBO DRINK GOING TO WASTE ON MY KITCHEN COUNTER.
NEXT TIME I WILL GO ACROSS THE STREET TO MAC DONALDS I HAVE HAD IT WT THOSE FOLKS IN CHELTENHAM MALL PARKING LOT!
AND I WILL BE CALLING THAT NUMBER TO REPORT NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY.
I GUESS I HAVE TO EXPECT BAD SERVICE EVER TIME CAUSE ITS THE HOOD.

Ok, since I failed miserably at getting a treat for myself the other day (see my review of Dunkin Donuts), I tried again at Wendy’s. This time the treat was real and I was happy! I’ve only been in the drive through at this location and its fast and the cashier and food givers are nice. The crispy chicken sandwich I got was hot and super tasty, the fries were pretty good. I could not believe how freekin fast I my food came, this made me happy because I was really starving. Altogether a nice fast food experience.
