Cache

This review is not based on the clothing/​accessories available in the store. This review is about the lack of service the store provided. While Cache has some beautiful clothing, I doubt I’ll be purchasing anything from this store. I stopped in looking for a cocktail dress on an empty Thursday evening at 8pm. I tend to enjoy shopping on weeknights when malls are much less crowded. As the only customer in the small boutique I thought the two 50something women working would be more then happy to help pull some dresses for me to try. Instead neither acknowledged me with any type of greeting. Still nothing, even as I gathered a few pieces to take into the dressing room. They continued chatting with each other and I was forced to uncomfortably interrupt their banter with my request for a dressing room to be opened. No one checked on me or even asked how everything worked out, as I left the dressing room. As someone who spent years working in retail, these simple questions are part of the job description. This was laziness at its finest. I’m not sure what exactly these two were being paid to do.
