I use DPI on a regular basis for my immediate printing needs. Never have a problem with my jobs and they always work with me to get the job done. There’s no online ordering, just get em on the phone or shoot an email of what you want. Pricing is a little higher that your online printers, but by time you add on tax and shipping, your almost at the same price online anyway… and I’ll be happy to pay a little more to get the item in my hands sooner. Next day delivery to our office is a major plus… especially when we are in a pinch. I’ve printed business cards, flyers, envelopes etc. All great quality!

I will not being going back. This is the second time I’ve had a problem with DPI. I had work printed for a school project a while ago and all my prints had a red hue to them. When I brought them back to be corrected, they told me I would have to pay again for the cost of the paper since I didn’t check them before leaving the shop when clearly it was a problem with their printer calibration.
I decided to give them another shot since its been so long, and they’ve dissapointed again. This time I was having 12 pages printed for my portfolio. I had to sit with the printer for about a half hour while he printed my work 3 different times before telling me there was a problem with my file because it had a drop shadow. They went into my file to rasterize my image so it would print properly for their printers and then once they were printed, they decided to tell me it would be an additional $ 10 charge for taking 2 minutes out of their day to open my file. I could have very easily adjusted it myself since I am a graphic designer, if I was given the option, but they chose not to mention it an surprise me with the cost increase once done. I didn’t end up paying the $ 10 charge, but only because I complained. And then I was told that this is a learning experience for me… Um, what!!!
The print quality is mediocre and the service is awful. The owner doesn’t seem to care about customer satisfaction, only about nickle and diming everyone. Save yourself the time and trouble and steer clear.

This place is terrible! We went there to print our wedding invitations and they screwed up everything that could be screwed up. They completed the job late and when we started putting the invitations together we found they did not print/​cut the amount that we requested. I went back to fix the problem and they messed up again. I went back a third time to fix the new mistake and they messed up once again!
Worst printer I have ever dealt with. Absolutely terrible.
