Worst service — no structure organized at the front to order and pay. Gave my meal away to another customer and blamed the mistake on me. Could have been good food but I wouldn’t know lol

All I can say is if you’re desperate for a piece of pizza, bypass this place… Pizza was like cardboard and way dry… Fries were funky too.

If you want to pay $ 10.60 for a boiled slab of meat without seasoning, between two slices of bread that’s called a «burger». Then you found your place! Awful.

Not bad at all for mall pizza. I haven’t tried any of the other food there but people say it is pretty good. Rating this solely based on a comparison to other food in the mall.

Since my review, I believe that Lorenzo’s has changed ownership, and their pizza is not very good anymore. There used to be huge crowds of people clamoring to get food from there, but if you go now you’ll see that it’s pretty quiet. Too bad. :(
