Sleepy’s

I was at Sleepy’s today 5÷22÷14 and purchased a mattress because of the sales person named Dough. Let me tell you, he is AWESOME! I went to another Sleepy’s store and seen a mattress that I liked and was not satisfied with the price I was given. I looked around and my mind was still set on that one mattress. So I stopped in the Cherry Hill Sleepy’s. Dough found the mattress I wanted and would not let me leave the store until I was happy. He went well above and beyond for me too. He called the general manager and told them my situation and got me the mattress, pillow, and mattress cover of my choice with no hesitation at all. He is a top of the line customer service representative and the company should hire more people like him. It is so hard to find good customer service now a days so I really appreciated him. I would without a doubt be shopping at this Sleepy’s again and only ask for Dough. I would highly recommend going to see Dough if you need a mattress.

I got a good deal on my new mattress here. The sales tactics were a little annoying, but if you can get past the used car salesman feel, and look to the actual price savings they’re giving you, then you’re golden.
In the grand scheme of the purchase, I wasn’t rushed at all. I was able to Google the mattress to ensure that I was actually getting a good price and not getting fooled. I nap-​tested a few of them before deciding. In the end, I also purchased a memory foam side-​sleeper pillow and a waterproof mattress cover, the latter of which the salespeople recommend purchasing for the warranty’s sake.
As for delivery, mine was a breeze. They were understanding of my schedule and brought it in on a Friday night after I got home from work. I made sure to check the tags to confirm that I had the right items. They also disposed of the old mattress and box spring, so that was nice.
The mattress and I have been together for a few weeks now, and I am happy!
