My Second visit to this dentist office was awful. My first visit went fine. I scheduled my second cleaning for six months later. However two days before the scheduled visit the receptionist called me to cancel, they said the office was closing early. I asked to reschedule with her then however she said I had to call back later. I called back and got an appointment 2 months later. When I scheduled I asked the receptionist how much it would be. She quoted $ 39. I went to my appointment. I felt the woman cleaning my teeth was EXTREMELY rough. Then the dentist came in for a total of three minutes. When I checked out I was told the price was now $ 78 dollars because the dentist came in to see me. When I spoke with the manager she said I couldn’t get just a cleaning because I was over six months from my last cleaning. She said she would call me back after speaking with the dentist but never did. I left several messages and no call back. When I finally got in touch with her over three weeks later she was very rude and said nothing could be done on the price even though they told me a different price just an hour earlier before check out. Needless to say I will never go back.
