The customer service is top notch at this location. The owner is always there with a smile on his face and is ready to serve.
I travel around the state a lot for work and pleasure. I use UPS Store Services regularly. I actually buy and sell CB HAM Radio parts and I ship them all over the country. I’m happy that there are places like this out there and they are 100% RED WHITE AND BLUE AMERICAN AND LOCALLY OWNED!
The staff there is pretty rad as well. The tall skinny guy is a blast and has a great sense of humor. There’s a girl there that knows her stuff and shes a pleasure to talk to.
While I know others have complained about the pricing, the staff ensures you get the BANG for your buck and off the best customer service.

The prices are insane. I had to ship an iPhone charger (no box) from NJ to NY. I asked for the slowest, cheapest, least-​insured method. They gave me UPS ground and told me it would be 11.95. The USPS would do it in a flat rate box for 3.95 or less. I’ll never go back.
