All The Rage

They have a poor selection of dresses despite them holding all of the «name brands» in the prom world. In addition, they have terrible customer service. The owner is a mean Asian lady and extremely rude. If you want to try something on, she makes rude remarks to you. She also grabs you quite aggressively and made me uncomfortable in my body. I work hard for my body and I think I look pretty nice, but this lady was extremely arrogant and unconscionable. Not to mention, even her appearance makes her look unapproachable… she wears this extreme white eyeliner on her bottom waterline and it literally made me jump. Unapproachable, rude, and not up to date.
I was willing to spend over $ 500 for a prom dress from them, but I was just extremely appalled by the customer service. They didn’t even have the dress I wanted, but I could have ordered though them; however, their lack of a good staff and rude service is not okay for me to profit them with my large monetary purchase.
I suggest going to the Virginia Beach All the Rage… they are not affiliated with this Chesapeake store and make your experience much more personable. You will find the dress of your dreams there, but not here. On this stores website and catalogs, they have all of these beautiful pictures of gorgeous dresses and etc., but when you go to the store, most of their selection is pretty simple and ugly.
Don’t come here. You will be disappointed.
