If you’re idea of a Sports Bar encompasses crappy cold food served late to your table in a cold building that has twice as many loud kids and tweens running around than adults enjoying the game then this place is for you.
Ambiance: It may look like a sports BAR. It might have plenty of T.V.‘s like a sports BAR but loads of kids and extremely slow service isn’t my idea of place to go and have drinks with friends or watch the big game.
Service: Our server sincerely tried to take care of us but she wasn’t in control of the speed of the kitchen, the taste of the food or the number of tables she had to tend to. In spite of her best efforts it all added up to poor service. Food comes out extremely late, no refills on the water, etc.
Food: Where to start… Hmmm.
One would think by having the words ‘Buffalo Wings’ as part of their name it would constitute serving good tasting wings brought to the table hot and ready to eat? Unfortunately, that doesn’t seem to be the case. Despite being ordered as an appetizer our wings were brought out to us with the meal, and just as cold.
Our burgers tasted like rubber pulled from the freezer and left to thaw on a bathroom floor before being thrown onto a bun. I should’ve of known it was going to be a premade frozen patty when the only way it could be ordered was medium well (hint, hint). The fries were good but the onion rings had way too much batter and limp onions on the inside, which screams of prepackaged frozen food. Other than the veggies on the burger and celery with the wings I think it’s safe to assume everything else came out of a freezer. It certainly tasted that way!
Cleanliness: Other than the restrooms needing the trash dumped and sink counter being wiped down it was surprisingly not that bad. Definitely not spotless but the table and chairs weren’t sticky and the dark carpeted floor wasn’t covered with food.
Overall: I’ve only been here once before and that was a couple years back. I had the same 1 – 2 Star experience then too. Poor tasting bar food, slow service and kids running around tells me this place is having an identity crisis. All in all, it added up to a lousy experience that wasted my money and time. The only thing I got out it was indigestion and renewed reason to avoid the place.

Changed the menu and food quality! Service is hit or miss. It’s a shame because they do have great wing sauces!

Terrible service! I went with my friend and we ordered wings. We asked for napkins (wings get messy) and didn’t get them until we were leaving! We also never got drink refills. The food wasn’t even that good. When our food got to us, it was cold!
This wasn’t my only bad experience there either. Before this, I went with my family and we never got silverware! It’s pretty hard to eat without silverware…

Every time I go to this location I have the absolute worst experience. Granted, it’s bar food but everything is awful. Last time I went we got our appetizers before our drinks (which took about 45 minutes) and our food took at least 45 minutes as well. We had to ask another server for some assistance and then they gave us a new waitress who was equally as rude. (We also went it about 2 hours before it closed and there was no one in there so there is no excuse for the terrible service.)

I have been to a good amount of Buffalo Wild Wings. This location was great! The staff was very friendly and attentive. They also pour the perfect Guinness.

I’m giving this one star bc I can’t leave none. Service was absolutely horrible. Took 10 minutes to get a menu and they were not busy. 20 minutes to get the check picked up. Bartender walked past 100 times and we had to stare her down. Pick some where else to go and save your money. Food was so-​so.

Probably the worst service I’ve ever had. Two out of five orders arrived wrong. Drink refills seemed impossible as servers were to busy socializing.

Our server was clearly sick working with the public. Count your wings! We ordered 10 wings and only received eight wings. When we told our server she stated the cook does this all the time! What is he doing with the wings he is not putting in orders??? I find this act shady and I won’t return to a business that rips the guest off! Perhaps the cook need to learn how to count to 10 or be questioned why the order are not correct with the proper amount that was ordered. If this cook does this all the time as stated by server then he is running a scam!!! Be cautious when eating at Chesapeake location in Virginia!!! Greenbrier location! The cook will short change your order! This is not right and the only reason i noticed is because I wanted to give my friend five and me five. The server did make it right! Just count your wings to make sure you are not being charged for something you did not receive!

The hubs recently received a gift card for BWW, otherwise we’d not normally go here. However, we were pleasantly surprised.
We opted for the bar area to partake in sports and (thankfully) craft beer. We weren’t sure what the beer offerings would be given BWW being a chain, but were pleased there were a few options. Our food came out fast and it was good — nothing amazing (again, it’s chain food), but perfectly satisfactory.
Our service was the standout here though. We were warmly greeted by a number of employees when we arrived and we had a few very friendly chats with a number of the staff, the bar staff in particular. This is the kind of staff I’d like to run into just about anywhere!

This place is just ok really. BWW is not known for amazing food, it is bar food. But this place was not as good as others in the franchise. I am not certain if this has to do with the overwhelming young staff that work here. They were nice enough but the service was ok our waiter was attentive for most of the service but I cannot say the same for several other tables. Over five girls hung out at the hostess stand. I get this is a relaxed place and thats ok but it seemed there was more socializing than working.

This place is run by teenagers who just need a job. It’s like every other BWW restaurant. It’s a chain and nothing special The only semi decent item I’ve had is their fried pickles. However, they were almost too salty and way too greasy. Good TVs though for football games and their drink specials are okay.

Go Baylor! Their Salt and Vinegar traditional wings are amazing! Kids meals are only 3.99. Great value! this is one of our favorite spots for watching games. We have always been fortunate to get mulitple TV’s put on to our game. We made this a place for family and friends to get together and have some great food and be able to see the game of our choice together.

Post Pubescent guy with pant around his knees taking my order and teen blond hair girl bobbing her head with fake smile and laugh. Burger was the worst. Wings had no meat on them, and the buffalo wing sauce was not good at all. This place needs to change it’s name to we kill polar bears, because we have too many TV’s with no one watching them and over fry the wings. Full of repressed fathers who take the families out to eat so they can find a place to have more than one beer at dinner with a family.
One thing… please… do one thing… give me some real buffalo wings… or change your name … not this overpriced diseased pile of over fried factory hen house wings soaked in bland sauce.

I will never understand the draw here; unless you’re into wings. Which I am not so I guess this explains my dislike of the joint. Well, that and the fact that our waitress forgot my potato wedges with them never appearing until we were completely finished with dinner. Or the fact that she had to be told to refill my drink. Or that she never once checked on us after our food was delivered. The pathetic potato wedges were tossed once I got home because there was slightly more than half a teaspoon of cheese on them and it was all on the bottom! Pic to come.

Wings. Been here a few times now. Wings. Sporadic service. Wings. Sports, beer and wings. Why else come here?
Safe enough place for the family with decent food all around, but service routinely takes a little longer than expected. Also, a little skimpy on the carrots and celery to go with the wings. We ordered 50 wings tonight (cheapskates, right?) and had to ask for the celery and carrots, at which point we received a few of each. We’ve been a few BWW’s that don’t skimp on these condiments as they really give a little variety and palate-​cleansing when downing wing upon wing.
BWW’s feeds a craving okay, but it could do better.

We have given this place several tries because my family, not me, LOVES chicken wings. We went there when they first opened and they were packed. Food was good and service was attentive. Went back a few months later and things started to go down hill. Took longer to get food and it was substandard.
We thought maybe they were just having an off day… so went back again and it was terrible. The waiter took forever to get our drinks and the food was not only cold, but my burger, which I ordered well done, was totally pink in the middle. I called the manager over and explained what has happened. He immediately apolojized and made me a new burger that was out of this world and he brought out new chicken wings for the family. He also took money off our check.
We didn’t go back for months, then my daughter and I had a mommy/​daughter day out and she wanted to go here. We arrived, the place was pretty empty and we got seated immediately. We started off with the chili fries, my daughter never had them before and wanted to try them… and they weren’t very good. Her chicken wings were good and my mushroom angus burger was cooked properly and was okay. The only draw back is that for as empty as this place was, the food didn’t come out as quickly or as hot as I think it should have been.
I have given it 3 stars because of the manager. He addresses issues right away and when the food is done properly, it is good.
