First, it did not smell like feet. It smelled and looked very clean. I’ve been resistant to come here for a while now. «But moooom why can’t we gooooo?» My children implored. «We have a trampoline in the backyard that you can jump on for free, now go away.» I finally caved if nothing else to make them be quiet. When you walk in they give you a colored bracelet, which you get to keep. There are cubbies & lockers for you shoes. They go over the rules prior to the start of your jump time and then off you go. The building is divided into five sections. The largest section for jumping, basketball, dodgeball, the ninja warrior course, and the foam pit. The ninja warrior course was my favorite part, it’s tougher than it looks. Those foam pits are not easy to get out of. You’ll definitely get your work out in for the day. The foam pits have a trapeze to swing from, spots to practice flips, and aerial silks. My daughters spent most of their time over there. They had three staff members keeping a watchful eye over all the jumpers. I can definitely see how safety would be an issue here, especially for little kids. There’s two ways to fix that. 1. Bounce with your little ones or simply stay home. 2. Make sure your big ones behave themselves or don’t bring them. Boom. Problem solved. I felt like the staff was very friendly and did a good job of keeping everyone in line. One hour is plenty of time, although my daughters and I could have gone for two. We had a lot of fun and will most definitely be back in.

Need to get a good workout? You’ll get completely wore out in an hour! Check in using the Unilocal app and get $ 3 off your admission, or if you are active/retired military you get the same discount. Just show your ID at the front desk. Save time by going to the Cloud 9 website, complete the waiver, print it out and bring it with you. Waivers are good for a year. Children under 18 can be listed on the parent/guardian’s waiver. Monday nights are family nights: $ 35 for the entire immediate family(families with four or more children are you listening? This night’s for you!) Normal admission is $ 13/hour. You get a discount when you purchase two hours(hint: don’t buy the second hour. You’ll be too wiped out!) Seriously folks, this place is great. Bonus: You’ll sleep well tonight.

I had a lot of fun with my friends here!!! The only thing I would change is how crowded it is. It’s a bit hard having to weave in and out of people… Other than that it’s a great place I highly recommend!!!

We brought a few of our staff members here for a short, yet fun employee outing. Nice staff here at Cloud9. I find the policy of needing to buy their socks a little silly(which we were not told about before hand) but nonetheless, still had a great time!!!

I went here with my husband before they upgraded it recently. We bought 2 hours of jump time although 1 hr would have been fine. We had a ton of fun doing the obstacle course and dipping into the foam pit. The dodge ball area was mostly a bust. The balls were deflated and kids would just launch them at us. I was thankful our kids weren’t with us because there is no supervision in the dodge ball area and I imagine at least one of them would have been injured. I do want to go back with my kids but I will tell them to stay out of the dodge ball area.

First time at cloud 9 here in Chesapeake. It’s a business location directly behind all the hotels and greenbrier mall. It’s not noticeable and i would have never known this place existed. I actually have been to skyzone and similar spots like it. It was not like I expected. I was trying to figure out why it smelled like feet compared to when I visited Jump! trampoline part located at lynnhaven mall or Skyzone. Those places never had a smell to me. I guess it would be cool if this was my first trampoline park I’ve ever been to and if I had nothing to compare it to. We were here to attend a birthday party. We came In and signed the waiver. I felt it was not really organized comparably to the sky zone birthday party I threw for my son. They never really gave us a rundown of the facility and how the schedule would be. I may be a little germaphobic but seriously I was not excited to find out that it was a no sock trampoline park and most people had a choice either to go sock less or purchase the cloud 9 sock. I felt that you either go sock less and risk the athletes foot or pay for socks and still be jumping around in stink feet! I guess I’m just a little anal about sanitary precautions but my kids still enjoyed. To kids and other people it wouldn’t be a problem. I hate to to talk bad about a business. The kids and I enjoyed the party. I wish that they wouldn’t be so upset when the kids are running around the trampoline park and not sticking clear to the rules. I was a bit upset when I would be watching my kids and the referee or trampoline guard would be yelling at all the kids for not following the rules. Kids will be kids. They weren’t given a full briefing on what to do. Also for kids ages 3−6years of old they said that they couldn’t be unattended and needed at least in chaperone if a parent to watch them all. Definitely that does no set the guidelines clearly when they don’t have so many employees working and watching after the children. Overall the party room looked nice and at least they didn’t have to clean up after the mess. You have to bring your own food instead of having to stick to a menu option. Which they don’t have a birthday menu option. For adults, we might be a little weary about the cleanliness of the place or the germs infesting the trampolines. But for kids they will have a good time enjoying the trampolines. But if u want a proper, clean well organized facility. You might want to go elsewhere.

We arrived late for our start time and the staff very kindly switched us to the next group without our asking. Definitely a small thing that made a huge difference to the kids. Well run and tons of fun!

I visited here over a year ago with my two sons(7&8) at the time I thought it was a bit unsafe because the varying ages of jumpers in close proximity(jumpers landing on one another if not careful, no non-skid socks required, no dividers between activities, & non-attentive staff). I actually had a solid 200+lb solid muscle gentlemen jump from his square to mine and land on top of my head. Needless to say I didn’t continue my jumping venture. My kids jumped for about 20 more min and that was that! I didn’t return until today(2 years later). The disclaimer form you sign makes you think you or your children could die from this trampoline park because it’s detailed and very blunt(paralysis and death in verbiage). I didn’t want my kids to miss a birthday gathering here so I attended today. I was pleasantly surprised, socks were $ 2 and utilized for jumpers(still not required), vigilant staff, structural improvements/dividers, & various adventures for the kids to enjoy. I did not jump, but my two boys(9&10) enjoyed themselves. As a parent, be wise about this choice because the potential to hurt yourself is plentiful BUT know your kids and make the best judgement for your family! P. S. Go early like 10am for less people/crowd, 1 hour is sufficient jumping time, & take a water bottle so you don’t purchase liquid sugar from the vending machine

Who doesn’t love a good jump. I thought an hour wouldn’t be enough, but it TOTALLY is at my age. I hosted a MEETUP meeting here for a fun met and greet. It was on a wed and pretty light on the crowd, which was perfect.

What fun! Great price and just a great time. There are multiple trampolines, trampoline basketball, a ninja warrior course, two foam puts to do flips into and one foam put lane with a trapeze swing… Very cool. The one part that was kind of wasted was a“dodge ball area. The balls are small and it is the wild west. There is no organized games unless you organize them. Watch your little ones. We jumped for two hours. One hour would have been plenty. Great time. We will do it again and bring the kids next time. It was too much fun for us to spoil it by bringing kids the first time!

Good place for a kid to get exercise. An hour is plenty of time to jump around. Area near the snack machines was wet and nasty with people with barefeet running around. Cleanup should have been done immediately. We wil still come back!

A couple of friends and I heard about this place over Instagram and decided to «jump in» on the fun. We originally planned on going at 4pm but spots were limited. The only spots left were a few at 9pm. Despite the fact it was late, the space cleared up once 9:30 hit and only a couple of us were on the trampolines. They have 4 different sections: Trampolines with punching bags suspended in the air, a basketball area with 2 hoops with a balance beam foam pit, a larger foam pit, and a dodgeball area. Great to go with a group of friends. Just make sure you shower right after haha.

This is the bounce house of my dreams. Who has this much fun working out!!! I wish they had one where I live. Location is a bit hard to find as our GPS dropped off in the front of the building in which you need to drive around to the back. Parking is ample since I think most of the teenagers there were dropped off by parents. I will agree with the other reviews this place smells like a sock. We got out the car and I smelled the sock outside. How does your whole establishment smell like a sock, thou. like how? The foam pits are a workout to get out of, and the great american warrior type activity areas are awesome. I didn’t realize you are working out until I caught 2 cramps. I was having so much fun I didn’t even notice. Overall I love this place, even with the heavy inhabitance of teenagers, which is saying a lot. The place is big enough that if you want to be alone you can. I even saw some other adults there on a date. GOHERE!!!

My kids love this place! A great family activity and we love Monday night family night! My only real problems are the Ninja course you have kids going all directions and it is never clear where you should start so kids seem to bump into each other a lot. Most of the time we jump and have no issues today we went and there were some very rude kids not only cutting in line but just calling kids(including mine) names and being mean. Not sure what can be done about that but these issues seem to be rare. So other than that this place is great, the staff is friendly and we love Cloud9!

This place was great! Serious fun. Yes. yes you can get hurt but you could get hurt on your own trampoline at home. SO. watch your kids and make sure they watch out for those wild teenagers. Outside of that this place was great! Totally awesome fun and what a great workout! The kids had a blast. It was the perfect way to burn off lots of calories and energy and for very little money.

Trampoline Gyms are the new trend these days but don’t let the others fool you, Cloud9 is the real deal. This place is huge and is amazing for the whole family. Pros — Excellent music to pump you up — Huge venue — Lot’s to do — Safe environment — Seats for the parents to watch the kids — Great price $ 8 or $ 12 Jump Sessions! Cons — Small locker room area — Sessions get sold out quick on the weekends, pay in advance I highly recommend this place!

Amazing place, and amazing workout! Don’t let the kids be the only ones to enjoy and have fun! This place was fun, I was with my daughter and we jumped until we couldn’t anymore! Make sure you get there during the time the hour starts, or you’ll wait for about 30 minutes to rotate out of the trampoline area. If you are iffy about going barefoot on the trampoline, ask to purchase socks.

Can I say WOOOOHOOOO??? I came here today because it was my big man’s 12th bday. I had no idea what to do & his response when asked was«I dunno»(typical). A friend suggest that I bring him here and only described it as a bouncy house place but for older people. I checked their website and was a bit miffed when I saw that I would have to be on the trampoline with my little one because he was under 7. I had zero plans to do much this day other then be the kid taxi. As soon as I walked through the door, I changed my tune. The room is basically one H U G E trampoline. They had things hanging from the ceiling that you could touch if you were skilled enough to jump that high(I wasn’t). They had an area where you could play dodge ball while you were bouncing and they had an area where you could jump off the ledge, do a flip, and then fall into the foam pit. This is the place people go to when they want to practice all those cool trick style flips and not get hurt. There was even talk of a future ninja course ala Ninja Warrior style. I will be back for that one. There is an area to electronically sign your safety waivers, a place to store your shoes and even a place to just watch and not bounce(thumbs up for not having to pay if you want to do this option). I got so into bouncing around during our 1 hour time limit, that I almost forgot I was supposed to be watching my youngest son. I will definitely be back as soon as possible to bounce around again. Next time I will be sure to wear comfortable clothes because jeans don’t really let you move. Maybe boss man X will get an event at this place in the future?

OK, my kids have been here more than I have. I finally took one to a party this week and I was surprised how much fun it was. Admittedly, I was on the sidelines watching, but next time I will jump as well! They have the waiver thing going on, and reservations are needed(not sure if required). It was a weeknight and there were 2 parties going on as well as some other people. They had ‘start’ times and different colored bracelets were worn to let the workers know who to get out when time was up. We had a dedicated party room and attendant. She was young, peppy, and good at keeping tracking of everything. They have tons of cubbies in the party room for your gear, but there is also an open area with cubbies for gear, bathrooms and water fountain. Once you get your start time inside it’s a free for all. You have to pay attention! Lots of trampolines here. There is a slack line over a pit, a basketball thing, the dodgeball arena, and more. Workers are constantly watching. Our group was a bunch of gymnasts. They loved the free time to flip. But other kids were trying to jump high and kept landing too hard not knowing how to roll with the landing and got hurt. Yep, the news article I saw yesterday is correct… lots of injuries happening in the hour we were there. I do blame the people getting hurt for doing more than they know how to react to. My own son got hurt first time here… he jumped way high but didm’ know how to land without hurting his ankle. Jump small until you can handle the landing folks! As for me… I enjoyed sitting in a couch watching it all. There are also large bean bags and benches. You still sign a waiver to be on the deck but you can walk around while all the kids jump. They have special events… dance party with laser lights, dodgeball and I saw a sign for a Ninja Obstacle course! I plan on bring my husband for a date night soon. This was a neat place. We will be back. But everyone coming needs to know… jump safe. :-)
