Grand Furniture

tried to call to make a payment on my account and they said the payment was automatically coming out of my account but it would take 10 days. I asked why would it take 10 days then she got really rude with me and said there was nothing else she can do because she didn’t know this company credit department is very rude and incompetent please run the other way.

Man ohhh man… Client service is terrible here, I can not wait until my bill is paid off. I will not keep giving these people my business, especially when you can’t even get a simple thank you. The ladies in the back need some customer service training. I have always been somewhat pleased with my purchases here but not so much on the service. I do appreciate them making it easier for me to take my business elsewhere though.

pretty underwhelming furniture store, maybe it’s just this location, not sure. not a lot to choose from & everything looked rather inexpensive. the materials were not something I’d want in my home, especially for the prices they were asking. overall, I was not too impressed with the variety or quality of the furniture I saw. A lot of the display furniture was tattered and banged up noticeably, revealing the particle board beneath the veneers. The prices on the wooden furniture indicate real, solid construction but I’m not too sure about that based on the display stuff. There was a super nice fella that greeted us upon entering. Then a sales lady gave us a flyer but got busy chatting and checking out her pretty face in her compact… we didn’t really have any questions anyway, so no loss. Looks like we’ll be seeking out another store for our furniture needs. The slogan instead of real furniture for real people should be realish furniture for real high prices.
