We dealt with Ricky Griffin, Dave Jensen, and Butch Hoar. Butch brought the car in from VA Beach (on his day off we were later told) and stayed until every question was answered, and the paperwork was close to done. In 22 years of marriage, we have bought 18 new cars (yes, we’re crazy). My husband said that Ricky did the best job of orienting him with the card of anyone we have ever dealt with. Dave was the manager that put us in touch with Butch and Ricky and made our car buying experience very pleasant and affordable.

I was looking for a specific car that wasn’t on the lot. These guys went above and beyond finding the car I wanted and getting it to the lot same day so that we could test drive it. We ended up buying it, the process was quick and everyone we dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable.

Best car buying experience! I started off dealing with the Internet Sales who were extremely nice and Eric listened to what I wanted In my new vehicle. He kept in contact with me while I searched around at other dealerships (just trying to get the best bang for my buck), after having a horrible experience at southern auto group we drove 40 minutes out to chesapeake to look at a vehicle they had. Chris (the store manager) listened to my wants and helped with getting the vehicle I wanted. EXTREMELY nice!
Once we arrived we met Ricky aka happy and he lives up to his name! He was great. The best car salesman I’ve ever worked with (and trust me I have worked with alot!) He was friendly, walked me threw all the special features the car offers and even took the time to answer ALL my crazy questions!
I had a great experience and this dealership and I will be doing future business here!
