I called today to ask a few questions about possibly putting my son into one of their reading programs. The lady over the phone was very rude. Basically any question I had about the place, program or price, she answered as if it was the dumbest question ever. I asked if she was the owner and she said, «yes, anything else I can help you with?» I told her I won’t be coming there. No wonder why that place is never busy, ran poorly!
