We haven’t been to the actual store (Yet), but they were at an event we went to and it was great! They had amazing products, the man hosting the booth was very lovely and knowledgeable. Not to mention how many customization options he mentioned that they have in the actual store! Great people.

When you tell a client that most guys don’t know what they’re doing with a certain toy, tell them «When you purchase one at our store, please make sure to talk to one of our employees about the proper way of using this specifically so you get the best enjoyment possible» not «most people don’t use them right.» How does that benefit the client whatsoever?
