We haven’t been to the actual store(Yet), but they were at an event we went to and it was great! They had amazing products, the man hosting the booth was very lovely and knowledgeable. Not to mention how many customization options he mentioned that they have in the actual store! Great people.

Okay, if you don’t want to hear about sex stories or you don’t want to give information about how to use a product in detail DON’T WORKAT A SEXSTORE. I had my husband call to see what they recommend for him to keep an erection longer for a night of swinging. When he asked, the girl on the phone(will update with a name) sounded like if she had to answer another call again she would shoot someone told him«That’s really tmi, I don’t want to hear about what you’re doing but we would recommend a cock ring but most guys don’t know how to use it.» I was a manager at a sex store back home in California. You need to be comfortable, happy, and non judgmental when talking to clients. If you embarrass someone who’s just learning about their sexuality, you could damage them to the point of never going into another store again to explore their tastes, wants, and fantasies. When you tell a client that most guys don’t know what they’re doing with a certain toy, tell them«When you purchase one at our store, please make sure to talk to one of our employees about the proper way of using this specifically so you get the best enjoyment possible» not«most people don’t use them right.» How does that benefit the client whatsoever? I’ve had better service at a Payless Shoe Store.
