They completly misinterpreted their 100% satisfaction policy. When we came back to say we weren’t happy with our mattress, which they said we can do up to thirty days after purchase, they completly twisted the policy. If I recall correctly, the owner told me: «What are you going to do about it?» We received military orders and had to leave the area, so we weren’t able to follow through with anything and had to keep the mattress. Horrible business practice, rude and insulting attitude towards customers. Considering how much a mattress costs, go somewhere else where you’ll be treated with respect and get the customer service you deserve.
