It would be nice if they said this in their website or the door but they ask for personal Info and then let you know.
Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I’ve been coming here for 5 years and the service is fast and efficient. I came in yesterday afternoon around 2:15 just for a check up and to have some blood work done and there was only one other person in the waiting area. I know most people may dread going to the doctor’s office because of long wait times but I was out of the office by 2:54 (yes, I looked at the time when I left the office). The Doctor was very pleasant and asked me questions to see if I had any concerns about anything. I always feel very comfortable when I come here and I will continue to come back when needed.

I visited Patient First on 9÷27÷15. The registration was done quickly, and I was called into the back with 10 minutes of arriving. The visit went south from there. The nurse took my vitals and asked me to provide a urine sample. Afterwards I was placed into a room at 12:50 p.m. At 1:45 p.m. I had not seen a doctor nor had a nurse returned to check on me. I stopped the nurse at that time and asked how much longer it would be and she stated that I was next. At 2:30 I was still in the room and no one had come in to see me. I decided to leave. When I left I asked for my copay and they stated that they would refund it Monday because they had already closed out that station. By the time I returned home I received a call stating that nothing was seen in my sample and that I should follow up with my doctor if I was still in pain. Today 10/​13/​2015 I realized that my copay had not been refunded and when I inquired about it they said it was because they had completed a urine sample. Funny how that was not completed until I left and that information was never given to me while I was there. The place was practically empty while I was there and there appeared to be nothing going on except Nurses calling home to check on their children. I was disappointed in the service, but thought that they were having a bad day. Now that I see that they are also deceptive in their practices me nor my family will ever return. This place is HORRIBLE!

While my visit was quick (arrived right at 8 AM and was seen by 8:20 AM), I never got the name of my physician. He spent less than 3 minutes with me, diagnosed me with a sinus infection without really asking or examining much, and then handed me multiple slips, two of which were information on prehypertension and BMI-​overweight. Mind you, I have never had an abnormal BP reading unless I was sick (which I was) and was on my menstrual (which I was). Both raise BP dummy. Nothing was asked about a history of hypertensive BP readings or anything. Now on to the weight – didn’t ask me my health regimen (I eat clean and work out four times a week). But, thanks for the information on obesity. I’m a thicker, curvier girl, yes. But obese – no. After this 3 minute visit and being given sheets of paper that defined me as fat and on the verge of HTN, I was charged $ 206. When I asked why it was so high for such a brief visit, I was told that the doctor sets the level of care and on a scale of 5, he chose a 4. For what I asked? He basically humiliated me via paper, took a few peeks here and there, and sent me on my way in under five minutes. No questions, no nothing. I was told that it was set by the physician and nothing more could be done. I’m baffled.

It’s near us where our family Dr is 30 min away. It’s open until 10pm. And all year round. So we do come here when late in the evening you just can’t wait for the normal Dr the next day. They rotate the staff, but you can look online if you have a Dr you really like. It’s some MD’s and some PA’s. They move pretty quickly to get you back. But you might wait on a busy day to see a Dr. They do have x-ray’s and medicine on site. Nice to get your meds after a visit when you are sick!!!
Always had good staff. They are not all the same opinion about antibiotics. My husband and kids seem to get a drug friendly Dr. every visit. I can be more sick and see a different Dr the next day who tells me to ride it out for 10 days. But know for X-ray’s they have a radiologist review them and once my husband was called to be encouraged to get more testing done after a car accident. Sure enough, the fracture didn’t show enough for the Dr to see it, but the radiologist was nice to call and send him to a specialist.
They do regular Dr stuff, so you can use them as your family Dr. And co-​pay comes through as Dr visit and not specialist or urgent care.
We like the option for when our family Dr office is closed. Been very happy with the services offered. Especially the X-ray…if it’s serious enough they will then send you to the ER. But it’s nice to start there before jumping into a higher level situation like the ER.

Fast, friendly and extremely knowledgable staff. Dr. Johnston is an outstanding physician. He treated each of his patients, there were a lot of us, with great concern and a positive attitude. Dr. Johnston took the time to educate me IRT my illness and involve me in the development of a treatment plan that was suited to my lifestyle and concerns.
The administrative staff, the nurses and technicians are awesome!
I finally feel like my concerns have been heard and that this plan will work. Thanks Patient First!

We love the staff here and the fact that we never have to wait too long to be seen.

This location is one of my main locations since it is close by my house. I do like the staff and everyone is extremely nice and informative. Dr. Gregory is one of my favorites! If you are in the neighborhood and need a clinic I would highly this place!

Now here is a great surprise. We needed urgent care during a weekend and found Patient First. Well organized, with concerned and helpful staff, and a doctor on duty. When you need it, try them. You will not be disappointed.
