Customer service was non-​existent. The two male employees were more busy talking about their Friday night and (I think) the best ingredients for a recovery shake… The guy they were talking to was everything but laying on the counter apparently no t intending to buy anything — just tell them about his great shake ingredients. Sad.
Not sure they even knew the three of us were here.

First, I would like to say thank you for the fast, and friendly service… especially since it was 5 minutes to closing.
The employees were very approachable, and gave there opinions on everything we had questions on. They also gave us information on the promo that was going on, and was just overall helpful.
The store was clean, organized, and it was easy to find what I was looking for. They have a great selection on many different vitamins, lotions, and a lot of other organic or natural products. The pricing is also better than other vitamin stores that i’ve been to; such as GNC.

This is not my favorite location, but sometimes it is the most convenient. The people in this store offer to help, but they don’t show the sincerity of the Pembroke location and are definitely nowhere near as friendly. They almost seem annoyed to have customers. The store is clean and well-​stocked. Good location but could miss it if you blinked.

Oceanside, CA
They have a really good selection. Probably the first time you go there you need to ask for help, because some of the sections are not near what I would think they would be near.
Their prices are higher than what I was paying on Amazon, but it you figure in the shopping from Amazon and the wait to get the order, picking up certain things at the Vitamin Shoppe makes more sense.
If I dont need it right away, I will order it online and save a little money.

This store has mostly everything you need for a healthy lifestyle. The staff is friendly and helpful when you’re just confused about what it is you need.
There’s always sales on their brand that works just as well as the national brand.
The store is nicely organized and also have a reward cards
