If ya like fish and chips and tits and ass well this is your spot. It’s nice. The servers are nice but kind of ditzy. Hired for other assets I imagine. Not sure you wanna bring the family and kids here. Looks like a great spot to watch sports though. Just an average corporate restaurant. Nothing special.

Yummy food and a very nice staff. I love that my family can eat there and then I can take the kids shopping and my husband can hang out with friends and watch sports. The only thing is the outfits. As cute as they are explaining to my 7 year old why she shouldn’t aspire to work there to wear those clothes sent an option. Lol. Ugh.

The wings are hands down the best thing on the menu. I’ve been to this location two times so far and ordered different menu items each time. I will say that service has been lacking with each visit I have ever made. There is usually not anyone at the greeters desk to seat you. Once we were seated our waitress seemed angry and annoyed by our presence. Then she simply never returned! We flagged down another waitress who promptly began bad mouthing our prior waitress about how lazy she was and how many hours she had left to work. I won’t be returning as this appears to be the trend… good food terrible service.

We came here to watch the games. There are nine TVs in the rear section of the bar. Many more up front. The servers are well dressed and friendly. They are very attentive. The restaurant is extremely clean The food — I have been here five times and eaten something different each time. Eat wings or burgers, they are delicious. The shepherd’s pie is scary and a strange consistency — Yuck! The fish and chips was full of greasd and lacked any distinguishable flavor, the fish is like fried mush when you break it open to dip it in tartar sauce. Even after a few beers, it is still sawdust. The nachos are full of beans very little jalapeños, tomatoes or salsa. Dry, thick chips that choke you. I ordered extra meat and still the beans beat tgeir portions out 5 to 1. Boo! You come here for the TVs, comradrie, beer and wings. The service is amazing. The managers are on the floor and responsive.

Well I’ve been to the Tilted Kilt in Houston and I must say that I like this one better. The food atmosphere in the service are all better. My God sons father and I have decided that this is going to be our Friday hangout spot. I do believe however that this is going to hurt the business of the other eatery next door. There are more TVs more space and good food. Yes they also have free Wi-Fi. Not to be sexist but the hostess/waitress very easy on the eyes. They have a wide selection of beer and I’m going to do my best to try each and every last one of them. The wings are good as well as the couple of appetizers that I’ve tasted. I’ve been here twice plan on continuing my return as long as they continue to have all the things that I’ve listed above.

Horrible service and the food is not that great… Our server was actually sitting with some other people across from us… Instead of attending to us

I was in town from Maryland for the holiday and decided to stop off for lunch and watch a college football game. Since I frequent the Kilt location in White Marsh I already knew what the menu was like. I like their set up: very open with a large bar.(By my count there were 11TV’s all around.) The manager was very accommodating by moving the game I wanted to watch to a TV directly across from me. Service was very good and my bartender even went an extra mile: one of the games I wanted to see was not being carried by DirecTV and the bar tender said it may be shown at another nearby bar. I opted to stay put since I already ordered lunch and could catch the second half of the game at home. I had the pastrami sandwich with sweet potato fries. I also enjoyed a Sweet Baby Jesus Beer, one of my personal favorites(and not offered at my local Kilt). Great selection of beers and if you’re sports fan you have plenty of options. Next time I’m in the area I’ll return.

Went here for lunch on a whim and while it was definitely a nice looking place, the food has some question in my opinion. We were the first people to enter here for the lunch break. We decided to just sit at the bar to make things easy. The bar tender was very friendly and gave us quite a few options with our food choices. In the end, I decided to try fish and chips(actual chips was an option that I figured, sure) and a Guinness. Fairly simple staple that is rather«not» unique to any pub. Food came out in a respectable time considering we were the only people there. After trying my food, I was rather disappointed. Whatever they cooked the fish in, it wasn’t done right. Some parts of the fish were overcooked while the center was watery. Usually, this is indicative of un-clean oil. As far as the chips, they were just hardened potato’s with very little seasoning. Lastly, the Guinness was clearly not cleaned from the lines recently. It was all very upsetting while combining the fact that the food was $ 20 total. Not exactly upset with the price versus the value of the food for $ 20. Nothing of what I ordered was up to par and left a bad taste. Would I come again? Maybe as the friend I went with said his was pretty good and the atmosphere is pretty cool. I’d give it a second chance. maybe. Food Taste: 3 Overall Service: 4 pending Value of food to cost: 2 Facility: 4 Repeat customer: maybe Dog Friendly: no

Came for the first time just to try it out because I didn’t want a burger or the long wait of Hooters. The décor is very nice and the waitresses are very pretty and nice. I ordered a wrap and received the chicken tenders because they didn’t have everything for the wrap. how a restaurant runs out of their food supplies is beyond me. Gladly the chicken tenders were good. I also got the cheese sticks, no complaints there(kinda hard to screw them up). I had to wait for almost 15 min to get a beer that I had ordered as well. The staff I think could use a bit more training in the area of customer service but the experience was nice.

So… I always want to feel better about my food choices. Trouble is, this isn’t a place for food. I’m just justifying why I really go to any Tilted Kilt, anywhere. Boobs, butts and beer. All of which are on good supply at this location. Customer service, perfect. beer selection, immense. View? Impeccable. Food… Blah.

Our waitress took our order and brought water. She then disappeared for a half hour, and we had to ask where our pretzel appetizer was. She said it should be right out, and disappeared for another 15 minutes. We had to ask yet again where our appetizer was, as it’s ridiculous to wait 45 minutes for some food. She said they’re plating the food right then, and just walked away. We waited another 5 minutes and then left. I wouldn’t be surprised if it took her 30 minutes to even realized that we left, given that the only times she returned to our table was when we had to flag her down and ask where our food was. The customer service sucks.

Went to thr Titled Kiltt today with a colleague. The food was just above average, but the service was awesome! All the waitresses were beautiful, we were fortunate enough to have the hottest chic on the bar wait on us. They have ALL the games on too. Great place to see the game.

This a good place for sports on TV. The young ladies are very nice and not allowed to wear much. It’s a little pricey but they will tune a TV by you to what you want to see. Bucks across the hall there is more my king of place.

The layout, look, atmosphere, etc are amazing! Can’t wait to see the Dallas Cowboys and Alabama Crimson Tide games here! Probably the best looking sports bar in Hampton Roads. My wife and I started out with Pub Pretzels which were served fast and hot with a Guinness Beer Cheese Sauce. Excellent. We followed that with Garlic Parmesan Wings(OUTSTANDING), and TK Signature wings(which my wife loved). We counted 53 big screen TVs inside and at least 4 outside. The manager stopped by our table to ensure everything was good(always a good sign) and told us they have no cover charge for UFC fights and other specials. She also said they are going in VA Beach Town Center next. What a great addition to the region, welcome to Hampton Roads Tilted Kilt, really glad you’re here!!!

Again, this isn’t a place about the food. Okay, so me and a friend decided to celebrate a somewhat joyous occasion, and instead of just going to our usual bar in Norfolk, we decided to drive out to Chesapeake and come to Tilted Kilt. Let’s just say it was a good experience. We each started out with beer(to all my Guinness friends, they do pour the proper pint). I had their Leggy Lass IPA, which is their in-house beer(made by Goose Island), while the friend had a Smithwicks. Have to say, it’s a good beer. We decided after that to have an appetizer, and agreed on the loaded nachos($ 9). Not bad, a little salty, the tortilla chips were actually really good. So while we’re waiting for our food, the lady who was serving us made us feel so welcome. It’s really a great experience and makes you feel comfortable. As for entrees, I decided on the Fish and Chips($ 12). A little pricey for what it is, not bad though. The coleslaw in my opinion was the star of the dish, it was flawless. My friend had the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger($ 11.50) and he said it was good. Overall, service is top notch, food is good, and the view… well, we all know the view is perfect… so yeah it’s a good place. I’ll be back.

Of course you don’t come for the food but actually, if your expectations aren’t too out of whack, the food isn’t bad. The menu is entirely corporate and reads like a section out of the Sysco catalog. But hey, the food ain’t the reason you come here! That being said, my club sandwich and my wife’s chicken wrap were exactly what we expected and were reasonably priced. No complaints at all since neither of us were expecting a Michelin starred experience. They were also delivered to our table in less than ten minutes after we ordered. Lunch in a hurry is an option at The Tilted Kilt. You come here for the wonderful ladies who take care of you during your visit. They sit down at your table before your food comes out, make eye contact with you, and chat away on a whole range of topics all to make sure you feel welcome during your stay and will want to come back. Cassie was our server and she was a total pro. Plus, her ink was amazing. She earned points just for having such great tattoos. And for the record, my wife enjoyed the visit as much as I did.(At least I think she did… eye rolls have always been her way of expressing happiness).

The pub’s décor is nice. High and low tables are available and lots of wonderful seats at thr bar. The servers and managers very attractive and in need of training. The servers stand around and look at you as if they are too busy to assist you. There are at least four at the hostess counter chatting about their day. The managers hide near the back of the bar hoping not to be needed. They are engaged in great and obviously very funny conversations — back slapping and loud laughter from their corner. We were greeted and seated quickly. The drinks came out fast then the wait started. Ten minutes then the appetizer and our entrees come out together. The waitresses were shocked when we sent the appetizers back to far away land. «Why won’t you just accept everything at once.» She was puzzled by our odd desire to eat appetizers before our entrée. My guest had the egg burger and fries; I ordered the cheese steak and fries. The egg burger was edible no real taste«kinda» like a McDonald’s plain hambuger a bit fatter with an egg slapped on top. The cheese steak tasted like absolutely nothing — chew some brown gluten free noodles with overcooked peppers and you have it. Service — I am laughing because we had to tell our waitress that we had rejected the nachos when we asked that she correct the bill to remove the nachos. She said«Wow, sorry about that.» Superstar! Big Woody’s Restaurant is safe. Pretty only goes so far. I hope the Tilted Kikt has a lease with a contingency clause; maybe they can fire the current managers and start retraining the staff!

Girls in kilts, guys in kilts, hey look it’s the tilted kilt! So far so good it seems like a good place to go. They have plenty of TV’s with different games on, so this seems like it would be the place to go during football season. It seems like they are a competitor of hooters but with better food. This place just recently opened up so hubby and I decided to go here and try it out. We ordered the traditional wings with the tilted kilt mild sauce, the Gaelic chicken and hubby ordered a burger with an egg on top(sorry I forgot the name of the burger). The wings were pretty good. I believe there were maybe 8 wings total(might have been more but I honestly wasn’t counting). The Gaelic chicken was ok, a little overcooked but the dish overall was tasty. Hubby said his burger was pretty ok and standard – he would be willing to come back and give other menu items a try. The restaurant touts itself as being an Irish pub but there are in my opinion a lot of American items on the menu as well. It seems like there is something for every taste bud out there. They have a huge bar and a decent selection of mixed drinks and beers(and they carry Angry Orchard). Unfortunately I am unable to partake in the drinking of such beverages due to having a condition that should clear up in the next three months :). Our waitress, Traci was very nice and extremely happy. Like I wish I could bottle up this girl’s energy and use it at my job because she was just all over the place(but in a good way), had good conversation and kept our drinks filled and table cleared of dirty dishes, etc. Seems like everyone in there loves their job there. Hopefully you try this place out for the food if nothing else. I wouldn’t suggest bringing kids here… ok well I wouldn’t bring my kids here. Nothing against the establishment but… well just not an appropriate environment for children IMO. If you are turned off by girls(and guys) wearing kilts and a short crop top then maybe this isn’t the place for you either. But if you don’t care then go ahead and enjoy!
