Bruster’s Real Ice Cream

I love this place! Ice cream is creamy and they have yummy flavors, my fave is the chocolate coconut.

Their sea salt caramel and toffee ice cream in a waffle cone was heavenly!
For salted caramel ice creams, I like a noticeable saltiness when I first dig in and they deliver that! It’s not overwhelming but it’s just enough to waken your taste buds. The crunchy toffee was also a delight and I thought it was a perfect pairing for the ice cream. Now this was my first experience here and I can’t really vouch for any of their other flavors [there are a lot!] but I highly recommend the sea salt caramel and toffee ice cream!

The line was very long (20+ people) but it moved quickly because they had two service windows going. The servers seemed quite stressed though and weren’t very welcoming as you would expect from an ice cream stand. It may have been because the weather had just warmed up and it was their first big rush of the year. I could tell that they were not trying to be rude but just wanted to keep the line moving which is understandable.

Nice litte spot if you prefer to eat outdoors on only order for take-​out. Great ice cream.
