Stopped by here on 3 occasions in 2 weeks to get a cup of coffee and they didn’t have any Splenda. The donut selection here is very small. They had a free donut day if you bought a medium coffee and I wasn’t even offered a donut when I bought mine. It wasn’t until the next day when I bought another coffee, I realized it was free donut day the day before and when I asked why wasn’t I offered the free donut, the cashier just shrugged. It was the same cashier who waited on me the previous day! Coffee is good but you have to bring your own Splenda from now on since I was told by another cashier she didn’t think they were going to carry it anymore… smh.

Went out of my way to get Dunkin Donuts as a special treat for my staff but there was nothing special about those donuts. First, this is a donut shop, where are the donuts? There was maybe 12 different donuts to choose from and some of them were off limits when getting a dozen. This was the first time I ever had a problem coming up with 12 donuts. Second, the donuts were horrible!!! Very dry. Barely any filling. Tasted like 2 day old donuts. Won’t ever go back to this or any other Dunkin Donuts.

I revoke my initial comments, the turn over rate has caused incompetence here with poor trained employees training kids that get overwhelmed

Clean place and good customer service. I think a lot of the other reviewers were hungry and tired

So sorry for the bad experiences of others but mine has been nothing less than pleasant. I try to make it a ritual to have a bagel and cream cheese with my 9 year old daughter. So little time, I love the small things I do with her, I have to take advantage of it. The parking is small, the store is small, the crew is small, and I wouldn’t change it at all. Smack dab on a busy road with a home style feel. I always grab a dozen on Saturday for sleep overs and such. This particular day, that would be today. I bought 2 dozen for my daughter’s school. Picture a kid picking donuts for her class and the line behind me. The lady was very nice, loved her tattoos by the way and some one behind me paid for my bagels the second time thru the line and also said, «thank you for your service» How cool was that so proud to be a UNITEDSTATESOFAMERICA Soldier. Thanks Mark! Before the rush is good but usually after 14:00 when things calm down there’s hardly anything much. I can understand wasting donuts if no one comes in. WHATWOULDHOMERSIMPSONSAY? Donuts in the trash nooo. I couldn’t in give the place 5 stars There are some ares that needs policing up. On a improvement note. Don’t make iced tea in coffee containers, that’s just a nasty taste and get a fly swatter. Aaand I’m out!

I was in the mood for iced coffee, so I ordered the iced caramel latte. I do like some things dark, strong and sweet but it’s not working for this cup of coffee.

Stopped by at opening time of 5am. 5:07 rolls around still no outside lights or inside lobby lights on. I drive away and then think I’ll call I saw people inside. The person says you driving a black car. Yes. Yeah were open. Hmmmm??? You see my car but don’t key the store lights. You just lost office donut orders. I would give no stars but the building was there.

stopped here while traveling for a snack and restroom break, signed up for Unilocal afterward just to be able to review this place – this location should be shut down by the sanitation dept. the entire place was filthy – the floors, the counters, the tabletops, the restroom, everything. looked like they hadn’t cleaned the floors or surfaces for a week or more. we walked out without purchasing anything, I couldn’t fathom eating anything that was made here, too disgusting to even think about. even my 8 year old son said he didn’t want a donut, that«everything looks so dirty.»

Who doesnt love DD??? Im no different. I needed to buy 5 dozen for a breakfast party for my job. the faces on the staff when I said 5 dz was priceless. shock and awe. on one hand happy someone was buying so much on the other hand not excited to have to make so much more to fill the empty racks back up. The guy at the register was super nice though, I enjoyed chatting with him. The 5 dz were quickly obliterated by children and they were finger lickin good as always. Fyi. that croissant/donut. just meh. I dont see what the hype is about. Its okay. not worthy of the price.

This place needs a redo. The employees always look overwhelmed and worn down. Donuts are sloppily iced and not very appealing. Looks like that work is done on site. Got a toasted bagel recently that was cold/half toasted and had a minimal amount of cream cheese. Put more money in your products and people will buy more.

They should close this place only three donuts in the place. Won’t be back! Don’t bother stopping here there is nothing here!

I love DD. This location is not your typical DD. The hours are not normal«northern» hours. They close at 6:00, and do not have. Drive-thru. The staff turnover is high, and they often lack proper training. The new owners are doing a great job with always having what I need. They always have my sesame bagel with cream cheese along with hot and ready coffee. My only suggestion is they have ready made(cold) decaf ice coffee.

I wanted Dunkin’ on my trip back home for Christmas. There are none in the state of California so I always make a point to hit one when I come back east. This experience however has left a bad taste in my mouth and disappointed in my yearly fix. Service took forever because the staff was too busy taking Christmas decorations down. Not one single employee could stop to wait on my family. When we finally got someone’s attention we ordered two dozen donuts to go. Upon getting home and opening the box we see that one of the donuts had a bite taken out of it. Seriously? Gross, disgusting and terrible are all words that come to mind. I wanted to get a photo of it, but my mom was too fast and tossed it. My dad took the survey on the receipt and left feedback on the experience that way. I’m leaving feedback here. As much as I love DD, I assure you I will go without my yearly fix than ever eat a donut from this location again.
