I have been going for a year now, seen most of the instructors, and have a great time! I always thought spinning was more of a «women’s» class… I was wrong! Each instructor has kicked my tail in their own way! I am a runner and these classes have increased my stamina and strength greatly! I would recommend this to anyone wanting a full body challenge, you won’t regret anything except not going!

How do I love Crush Cycle Studio? Let me count the ways! One — I adore the Real Ryder bikes! They are not your ordinary, run-of-the-mill stationary spin bikes. These bikes move! They lean, they tilt! As a result, a person burns more calories and sweats more profusely than on a regular spin bike! Every time I ride, I feel like I’m flying! Two — I adore the music! Every instructor has his/her own music«flavor» that is used perfectly to choreograph a ride. Whether it’s rock, pop, country, you’ll end up associating a song with a particular move you did on the bike. And if the music is too loud, earplugs are available to use! Third and most importantly, I love love love all of the instructors! And I’ve taken classes with all six of them. They inspire. They motivate. They encourage. They challenge. As soon as you walk in the door as a first-timer, they greet you enthusiastically. They help you to set up your bike and give you pointers to make the workout more doable. Don’t be surprised to hear your name called as the workout gets going! They give you great positive feedback and praise as you are giving it your all! I just love Crush Cycle Studio! You won’t be disappointed when you go and workout! You’ll be exhausted after, but you’ll feel like a Crusher who will want to come back for more!

I’m a frequent traveler, and I often go to different spin studios around the country when I travel. I grew up in Ellisville, and was delighted to find this cycling studio out off Long Road past the Valley in Chesterfield. Crush Cycle did not disappoint. The studio has a stripped-down industrial feel, so the focus is all on the instructor and rider. The instructor is on an elevated platform, and there are motivational word labels on the wall. There are changing rooms and cubbies for clothes, The lights are all turned off during the class, which is great. I’m not a typical fit looking person, and when I arrived at Crush Cycle studio, Don quickly learned my name, helped me set up my bike, gave me advice for the ride, in a helpful, and engaging way. He was encouraging, even though the class was extremely challenging; high cadence songs and tough climbs. Sometimes studios feel clubbish; this one feels inclusive and positive. There were riders who completed half Ironman races riding side by side with newbie riders, and all were challenged by the class. While the classes are more expensive than at your standard gym, they are also much better. The RealRyder bike the classes are held on engage your core muscles,(RealRyders move to the left and right, unlike standard spin bikes, so your arms and core are more engaged) and you are asked to do crunches and arm work on the bike, so this is really a full body workout, similar to what the celebs get at SoulCycle in LA or NYC. I loved my class, and felt great afterwards. I went before Christmas, and they even included me by giving me a Christmas gift of the CD of music they played all year long. They were also flexible when I had to cancel a class late for a friend’s birthday. Great people; great business! I’d highly recommend Crush to anyone looking for a great workout.

Best cycle studio around! This place has it all; fabulous instructors, great music, awesome ambiance and the bikes are unlike anything else around! The realryder bikes really move so you get a whole body workout. The instructors are so fun and energetic and they push you to really challenge yourself. I have always loved indoor cycling but now that I have been at Crush I can never go back to the regular old stationary bikes that every other place in town has. These bikes are soooooo much more fun and they not only work your legs but your upper body gets in on the action!!! I am thrilled by how my abs look since I started cycling here and my shoulders and arms are getting more defined too!!!
