If you’re a man and need clothes in the next couple of days, Jos A Banks is having a great holiday sale running through Sunday. Ask for Bob Rich. (Nothing against the other people, I just like working with Bob.) He’s really good and very friendly. Recently he helped me with a winter coat, sweater, and 2 shirts. Also, Bob recently helped with alterations to a couple pairs of pants and they were returned in under 1 week exactly as I wanted them. Very good experience.

Had to stop in to Jos. A Banks to get measured for an upcoming wedding.
The staff was very friendly and I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door.
The whole process was really painless and I was out of there within 15 minutes.

To add insult to injury, the drama continues with Jos. A. Bank. They gave multiple groomsmen the wrong pants, their tailor was unable to work so they had to send out the suits to be tailored and we barely got them back in time for the wedding and only then becuase of substantial phone calls and harassment on our part, AND upon reporting all these issues to corporate, they did not even apologize or so much as return my email or phone call.
The customer service experience just keeps getting better with Jos A. Bank.
