Went in to get grad party supplies and decided on the spur of the moment to order a banner as well.
The day the banner was due to be done they contacted me early enough that I had not left to go get it yet letting me know there was a problem with their printer and that they were working on it.
When they were unable to get their printer fixed in time, the staff person responsible for that area of the store went to another store and recreated the entire thing on their computer because for some reason they can not transfer designs between stores on their network.
He let me know when it was ready and made arrangements that were convenient for me, not him, to pick it up.
They will get more business from me in the future!
