Great pizza. We always order the Big Ben and it never disappoints(try it with old fashioned pepperoni) definitely recommend!

Not happy, first time there, we ordered a lot of food, the pizza and bread was cold and the pasta was ok. The biggest let down for me was the cookie was burnt bad, cold food we will just warm back up, But burnt food, that just not caring. We will not be back.

Probably 90 percent of the time I order from this passport in particular something is wrong in my order. They are extremely slow and not very friendly about it. Tonight I originally wanted delivery but they said it would take over an hour, but then said pick up would only be 20 minutes. So I decided to go pick it up and still ended up waiting all together 53 minutes… when I got home my wife and I were extremely disappointed to see they gave us spicy wings instead of regular BBQ, so she called and they did deliver the right wings at no cost, still though, an hour later. At least they corrected the issue, so that is why this review is 2 stars. The 10 percent of the time that the order is right, this is my favorite pizza place. It just seems like this location needs to get their game together.

The only pizza place I would go to for years was Sorrento Pizza. They have the best ingredients and the dough, cheese blend, and sauces are killer. Passport, however, is now a close 2nd to them. First off, they do a very nice Sicilian-Style pizza, which is square with their delicious sauce on top of the cheese. It is delicious. There cheese blend is also a very nice blend, and is always very good. But in my estimation, pizza is made or broken by its ingredients and dough. Passport delivers on both. They have Old-Fashonied Pepperoni! Now, some of you make think that a trivial thing, but I assure you it is not. The difference is a Pepperoni that curls when baked, and becomes just a little bit crisp, as opposed to some flat, ariola looking, fatty Pepperoni which is tasteless and disgusting. Further, the dough is always baked to perfection and is light and crisp, and not overly greasy(which apparently many American like, but I assure you pizza should NEVER be greasy). The staff are cool and aren’t mad when I sometime have them wait 10 mins after close for me to get there. I work late sometimes, and they don’t treat me like shit for waiting 10 mins or so for me to arrive. One thing that would give them a higher rating is that wish they had Coke products. Truly, beyond not having breadsticks ala Sorrento Pizza, having Pepsi is their only real downfall. Lastly, the Unilocal coupon was, unfortunately, a big ordeal over the phone, which was annoying, but the woman on the phone did her best, so I’m happy with how she handled it. Overall, if you can’t go to Sorrento for fast food pizza, I suggest Passport fo sho.
