With the hustle and bustle of holiday shopping, I got myself locked out of my apartment and after calling a few local locksmiths for quotes, I ended up going with Lock a Lock. Chris the locksmith arrived promptly and quickly unlocked my apartment. He also recommended that I replace the old lock on my door with a more secure lock, which made a lot of sense given how easy it was to unlock it. So, I agreed to have the old lock replaced with a new one for my own safety and piece of mind. I found the whole experience easy, and highly transparent.

I’ve had negative experiences with locksmiths in the past. When I recently locked myself out of my apartment, I dreaded the idea of dealing with one again. I decided to try Lock-​a-​Lock, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Unlike many locksmiths, Lock-​a-​Lock hires employees who are friendly, courteous and professional. They didn’t keep me waiting for hours, and their fees were very reasonable too.
