No thank you. Staff ignored me at my sister’s wake. The funeral home is dark and depressing, the power went out, there was no electrical storm. You have to go outside of the building to go to the area where they serve coffee. The place needs a face lift, it’s old and dated. Would never have a wake/​funeral for a dead animal there.

Panozzo Bros. handled my mom’s wake and funeral flawlessly. The staff was extremely thoughtful, courteous and professional and went above and beyond the call of duty. Working with them was easy — which was a blessing during such a difficult time for me and my family. They think of everything and are not out to make a buck off a grieving family. They are cost effective and offer quality services. Everything from contacting our florist to let them know we were on the way over, to reserving luncheon space for us, to alerting the social security office of my mom’s passing… they offer a helping hand along the way. The facility is top notch and our family and friends were comfortable and enjoyed spending time together in the lounge and outdoor courtyard. I cannot say enough thank you’s to Panozzo Bros.
