Paid extra to get over night delivery for a package. Comes at 3:30PM on a SATURDAY. Surprise surprise, the delivery room is closed until Monday. Look to talk to someone in management, office closed until Monday. Why pay extra for over night when this joke a building is just going to be closed anyways? One of a million things I hate about this place. Let me elaborate. Never all four elevators running. Expect to wait at least ten minutes to get an elevator. No hot shower. In a high rise? Give me a break. Website to pay rent not working. Go over five days, they still charge you an extra $ 50. When the sites not working??? Over the summer, no BBQs because of construction and a week without the pool. It was in my lease. Do they care? Of course not. You’ll just see a little, «oh sorry about your luck» letter in the elevator that you just waited ten minutes to get on. But hey, at least while you’re on the elevator, you can be sure one of your lovely neighbors will offer to sell you weed. I moved here because it was the cheapest in the area. Which is probably my own fault. I would now gladly spend more to not deal with this ever again. This is where we LIVE. Not just a little 9 to 5 job like the management office. They can’t wait to get home and not help us, and it shows. When someone in your building PAIDFOROVERNIGHTDELIVERY, and the package comes at 3:30PM, they expect to get it!!! We aren’t asking for 9PM service.
