After much back and forth (this has been going on for several months) and filing a complaint with the BBB to the point where they were one step away from taking over, the company reluctantly issued me a full refund. They still claim it wasn’t necessarily their fault but that they were going through a staffing problem and we may have been one of the customers that was caught up in it.
Yes I received my full refund after a long hard battle but I still stand by my first review.
If you have squirrels, contact a wildlife professional not a pest control company even if they claim to have someone who «specializes» in squirrel removal…

This company quoted me one price (and services) over the phone and when they came out and provided half-​services they demanded another price. If your role is to treat pests that are festering in an attic wouldn’t it make sense to temporarily cover the hole where the pests entered the home? When I complained about the price and services (that they weren’t the same as quoted) the guy laughed at me! I will be making a report with the Better Business Bureau. I wish I could give it no stars.
