More like C minus. What a nightmare! If you know nothing else about the owner, know that he takes his employees tips. I spoke with the owner a few times on the phone, we discussed my situation and we agreed on 3 movers. He showed up with 4 movers and tried to bully me into paying for 4 movers by dramatically insisting that my move was impossible with only 3 movers. I found this very underhanded and unprofessional and told him so, and also refused to pay for 4 movers. After we had started moving things out and putting them in truck, the owner threw a little tantrum and again dramatically and emotionally insisted that the move was impossible with only 3 people. It made me very uncomfortable and I knew that the move was totally possible with 3 people and that he just wanted more money. He ended up using the fourth person he brought and it quickly became obvious that it was a brand new employee who needed training, and he just wanted me to pay for it. Then he heckled me the entire time about how the move was going so much more quickly with the fourth person. It was unbelievable. The fourth guy only put some stuff on the truck after the others guys and I brought it down. The owner stayed on the truck almost the entire time and never supervised what the other two guys who were moving everything were doing. I had to ask them not to push furniture across the floor and make sure they weren’t wasting time. One of the guys was out of shape and slow and had no sense of urgency. He really slowed things down. Charging by the hour instead of by the job is a bad idea for this sort of business. The one thing I had hoped to preserve during the move was my leather couch, but it had multiple scratches on it. And then, despite how horrible the owner was, I tipped the two guys who moved everything, only to hear the owner then demand the money from them. I don’t know how this guy is still in business with how rude and conniving he is. DONOTUSETHISBUSINESS!
