I really hate this company. On Dec 2014, our furnace broke down. We called AABAL to diagnose and fix the problem. They said we needed a new motherboard for the furnace. It was going to cost $ 729(they wanted to charge more) and they suggested that we need a new furnace, which we disagreed. The furnace still had some years to go and was only 8 years old and was properly maintained. Something just broke prematurely. They fixed the furnace or I thought they fixed it because there was not enough heat coming in still. When we called them back to check their works and their defense was I wasn’t changing the furnace filter often. BS. I changed that furnace filter like changing baby diapers. When the service technician came back to measure the room temperature with his device he said that everything was normal. He said that I was imagining things. What?! February 10, 2015 our furnace broke again for the second time. This time AABAL charged $ 269 to replace a fuse switch which I suspected was the original cause of the furnace. Paid about $ 1000 already alone to AABAL Heating within 2 months for a half assed job done. Forget AABAL Heating and purchase a Home warranty service for appliances, furnaces, air conditioners, etc. and save your self a headache. ABBALHEATING is the dumps!

I had used AABAL once before and their service was decent so when the AC unit stopped functioning I placed a call. They set up an appointment for the next day from 11 am to 1 pm and to9ld me the technician would call before coming. I gave them two phone numbers. At 1 pm(the end of the appointment window) I hadn’t heard anything so I called. «You are next on the list, the technician will be there within thirty minutes», they said. I understand that things happen and sometimes technicians are late, but in that case, I expect a call from the company to tell me what is going on. At 4 pm I still hadn’t heard anything and we had to leave. I won’t be using them again.
