Stay away from them. They took our deposit and never performed the work. He started the work a half a day and when I called him to ask where he was he responded a «family emergency» and we never saw them again. He took our deposit {several thousands of dollars} and never did the work — honestly. I don’t think he ever intended to do any work. Not trustworthy at ALL.

John committed to do a roof that was severely leaking and causing damage to the condo. He provided a bid and time line to get the work done. I planned travel to be there for the work (out of town landlord) to be done. My tenants have been catching water for a week. John’s assistant emailed and said «I am sorry but he has a bigger project that he estimated last month so he is starting on that if you want find another company that will assist you Sorry». Since I went through the condo board to have him approved so I changed my travel plans for Wednesday when John said HE would be there at 8. Next email is that the 1 guy they have does this (???) has had a family emergency and can’t do it so go find someone else. What happened to JOHN being there… Totally unprofessional and will not keep a commitment. An embarrassment to professional service people. AVOID!
