I totally agree with Beth C’s review. We wish we would have known. The cleaning was spotty at best. The attitude problem was even worse. Andreea, on the phone, when I told her we had questions about what they’d be doing during the cleaning, told me that we were being «picky». Red flag number one. After her and her helper did come over to clean, we found that certain things were cleaned well, others were skipped, and they had scratched up many of our appliances. When we called Andreea to have her come look at the scratches, she came over, was completely defiant, argumentative, and blamed the scratches on us! Despite the fact that we both told her numerous times that the scratches were not there before her cleaning service got there. She told us we were wrong, that ‘her girls never make mistakes’ and then she informed us that the scratches on our appliances «had been there for a long time.» What? No they had not. We were dumbfounded. She also claimed to be in the kitchen the whole time that her worker was cleaning the kitchen, but I know for a fact she was not because I came into the kitchen numerous times and she was not in there, in fact, she even left for a half an hour to go somewhere and left her helper there to clean the kitchen and the bathroom. She took zero responsibility for any of the things that were wrong, not done, or scratched; repeatedly talked over us, blamed us, told us that «you have insurance» to pass the buck when I asked her what she was going to do about the scratches. We got fed up with her talking over us and denying any responsibility for a thing, so we finally told her to leave. She refused and kept talking. So we went another couple of rounds saying the same things and finally got her to leave with no apologies, no attempts to fix anything. Totally unprofessional.

Hiring this cleaning service was a big mistake. Andreea made a lot of excuses to not do her job. She would skim over things, and not clean certain rooms in my house saying that I told her she didn’t have to. Why would I do that? I pay you, but you don’t do your job? It was so disappointing. After a few times of her coming, and me having to re-​clean my house, I had to fire her. It took her 3 weeks for her to give me the key back to my house. It was so unprofessional. Don’t wast your time.
