This is the place for personal service. I have used Angel Garden Florist for years and always had the best service. In every situation, they have gone above and beyond to provide the best for anyone that I wanted to send flowers or a gift. Their flowers seem to last forever. Their plants and terariums are awesome. They will even make up gift baskets using my items adding flowers and beautiful wrapping.

i am not sure why people are complaining about this place. i have used them 5 times in the last 6 months and every time it is a great experience. the gentleman that has helped me every time was wonderful. the flowers are always beautiful and fresh. they usually last a couple of weeks, if not 3 weeks. i love that it is small and local. thank you guys keep up the great work and i will continue to be a customer.

I first met Maria and her designer at the Rainbow Wedding Expo. Her business was one of the few in the city there to support the new Civil Union law. Her shop is an unassuming one, which you just might walk right by, but don’t judge a book by its cover. This is the deal: professional, flexible, on time, answered my calls and emails in a timely fashion, delivered what I asked for and after 20 yrs in the business knows how to work with the hotels in the city. They worked within my budget and produced beautiful and elegant arrangements. I do recommend them and would use them for parties, events large and small.

I had a great experience with Angel Gardens. The provided the flowers for my wedding. The flowers were beautiful.

I recently visited Angel Gardens on a search for ornamental pots for my sister’s bridal shower. The ladies on staff had just the right shape and size pots to plant the centerpieces in and charged me a very reasonable price for all of them. I was able to paint them with a glossy paint to create a ceramic effect according to the color scheme of the wedding. With the shower only a week away, they truly saved the day!

I live in the UK and have had angel gardens deliver flowers to my Girlfriend in Chicago on 4 occasions and they have always been terrific and just like the picture.
on the last occasion they even emailed me to make sure the flowers message I had put through the website was correct as they spotted something which could have been wrong which is great customer service,

I put in an order for a bouquet of flowers via
to be delivered to a friend in Chicago. I live in California so I was just going with what the website was showing me. They weren’t expensive flowers but hey, 60 bucks is 60 bucks.
My order goes through fine — a few hours later, however, I get a phonecall from someone whose name I can’t remember at the store.
«We need the number of [friend] to call them before we go out to deliver.»
«Uh, well, I kind of wanted it to be a surprise.»
The responses I got were nothing short of bitchy. Like, really bitchy. Like *super* bitchy. Like «tell your friends to stay the hell away from this store, bitchy.
«Well do you KNOW she’s at work? People think they know but they really don’t. How can you be sure she’s there?»
I regret not being more of an asshole on the phone but I immediately canceled my order. I can’t comment on the quality of the flowers because I never made it past the catty gatekeeper. Stay away.

My boss ordered flowers for a colleague. She paid really good money, yet when the flowers arrived they DEFINITELY were not worth the price. She asked me to phone the shop to inquire about the order. I spoke with Maria (the email indicated this was the owner) and received nothing but BAD attitude. WOW, stunning in this economy!!!
I would never order from this florist. There are so many better places, with a much more customer friendly attitude!

Yeah… I have to agree with Tammy F. This place is pretty pathetic.
Honestly, I hate flowers. (Boys, take note!) But apparently I have awesome friends who like to send them to me. I received an arrangement from Angel Gardens once, and the flowers were pretty craptastic and the vase took ugly to a whole new level.
The friend who sent these to me has great taste, so I knew something was wrong. Out of curiosity, I went online and checked out what it was *supposed* to look like, and of course it looked nothing like the picture. I’m realistic enough to not expect that it would look *exactly* like the website, but this was pretty bad. The vase online was a nice pink. The vase that arrived at my door was the worst shade of hot pink ever.
And what do you say? «Thanks, friend, I love the flowers, but you shouldn’t have!» No really, you shouldn’t have… shouldn’t have used this florist, that is.
