Dude had his standard play list, which happened to be everything from our ‘do not play list’ and nothing from our ‘must play list’. Fan of Journey? Fan of the Chicken Dance? All those wedding classics you’d might have wanted to avoid? It’s cool brah! This dude will play it no matter how much time previously requested!
Members of the wedding party can’t stop his thunder either. When presented with the knowledge that he might have ignored the brides wishes by the maid of honor she was sent away. Ask for the standard and see how you like it first. If you have different ideas too bad, son!

The other reviews pretty much say it all, but I think the more folks speaking up about what a great job Cyndi does, the better. Super professional, kept in contact with us throughout the whole process, did exactly what we asked and ran the wedding without taking over the wedding. For the music used to introduce the wedding party, we asked that she introduce us at a very specific part of the song and she couldn’t have nailed the timing better. I was really impressed. Highly, highly recommended.

Cyndi was nothing short of exceptional. She was professional, quick-​to-​respond, and her service packages were BEYOND reasonably priced. She was easy to work with from the first e-​mail and was more than willing to meet in person when I felt it was needed. Every month, she’d send check-​in emails to see if I had questions or concerns. If I had any questions, she answered them quickly and efficiently. The event came and went and Cyndi and her assistant just made everything in concerns to music, announcements, etc. completely smooth, which allowed us and our guests to be able to sit back, relax, and enjoy the day. DJ Cyndi is very professional and prompt. Correspondence via e-​mail and phone were very good and fast. Cyndi often updated me via e-​mail to see if I had any questions or concerns and to remind me of important things.
She showed up early for my wedding day and did a marvelous job the entire wedding. Classy and fun, she didn’t badger our guests or act whacky like a lot of wedding DJs I’ve encountered at other people’s weddings. The sound system sounded good and wasn’t overly loud.
I really liked that we were linked to the DJ software program you use online to pick out your own music as well as music you do NOT want played. You can also put the event’s timeline and planning on there, and list all of the people’s names involved in the wedding party. This made life much simpler.
Cyndi’s service is excellent and her prices are extremely reasonable. It’s difficult to find affordable, dependable services for weddings. Cyndi gave us high quality service without breaking our bank account. She also played every single one of my planned songs at the right time. She also played her own music choices that blended well with the rest of the music. She really understood the vibe we were going for.
My guests raved about the music and the DJ. I saw people dancing that I never thought I would ever see dancing in my life. I think this is an indicator of a good wedding reception!

We used Angels with an Edge this weekend for our annual fundraiser. People raved about the music – which is a big deal because in years past there has been a lot of complaining. And people danced way more than usual. This is our 4^th time doing this event and everyone I spoke to said it was the best one to date. The DJ, Cyndi, had a lot to do with that.
One of the perks with this company is that once you book your date, they give you access to their massive music database. You can pick your top 100 «must play» songs (as well as a whole bunch of «For the love of all that is holy, DON’T PLAY THIS SONG!, which is equally important – Michael Bolton, YMCA and the Chicken Dance all made their way onto this list). You can also request custom tunes – I plugged in some really obscure music into the list and like magic, Cyndi played it.
Lastly, Cyndi did a really good job of reading the room. People really danced, which is what I was really hoping for. Truly a great value and a great service.
