Antojitos Majicos

I’ve been living in the neighborhood for more than a year now and passed by this joint numerous times. I finally walked in tonight with curiosity and walked out the store, satisfied!
This was my first official experience with mangoneada. Man, I’ve been missing out a big time. This was refreshing and delicious. Whoever invented this, knew how ingredients were balanced with one another. The chili sauce complemented harmoniously with mango. There was an extra straw coated with the chili candy. This was just pure genius! I had an awesome experience and will embark my journey onto tasting mangoneada in the whole city.
Hubby ordered the escamocha. This consisted of chili sauce, coated around the cup, filled with orange juice, strawberries, melons, and mango. Gosh, I’m hooked! That was amazing!
I will be back next time, ordering something on the menu that I have no idea about, and just be adventurous. The lady who served us patiently answered our questions and was super friendly. The menu is extensive, so there are many other items awaiting for me to try. I can’t wait!
There’s five (5) dollar minimum purchased required when using a credit card. It’s an easy requirement to make because one (1) item, in average, is approximately $ 5.

My cousins and I go to this place quite often in the summer time after long days at the beach or after many miles of biking. It’s a great way to cool down. We prefer this place because it was here before all of the other similar shops opened up all over Lawrence. In addition to that, the mango ice cream is awesome. Their portion sizes are larger and they have a loyalty reward program. The staff is friendly — some are indifferent. I believe it’s the owner’s daughter that’s the most personable. They’ve got awesome flavors of ice cream, fresh paletas, mangonadas, and other guilty pleasures.
The reason why I took off a star is because I spent 19 $ and one of the workers only punched my loyalty card once. I was $ 1 away from a second punch. That’s rather anal if you ask me… Other wise, I still enjoy this place.

Was going on a road trip and I was craving some desserts and we stopped so I can grab something. I ordered the yogurt dessert and I really enjoyed it. It was like a parfait. It was pretty big too for a small.

Their mangoneadas are the best in town. They also have a friendly staff. I love this place

I love this place for their Mangoneadas but, they turned us away an hour before closing. Not cool. Very unfortunate, I was really looking forward to this wonderful treat. I guess I have to come earlier if I want to get my hands on one.

Delicious Mexican desserts and ice cream. Their Mangoneadas are a delicious Mexican concoction of mango ice cream, chopped fresh mango, lime juice and chili sauce. The salty, spicy sweet combination is amazing! Absolutely delicious.

They sell home made paletas. they also sell great ice cream, mangoneadas, sundays, chocolate covered bananas and other great treats. Their pecan paletas are the best in my opinion. This place is great. It does get packed in the evenings but service is fast and friendly.
