Every time I come to Chicago, I always stock up on all my liquor and beverages at Basil’s. Great selection of pretty much any type of liquor you need. I recommend this store to anyone in the Chicago area!

Basil is a true gem in the West Ridge area. They have a wide selection of beer and wine. Its within walking distance from my house which is a big thumbs up. Especially, when you’ve already had a couple and can’t drive.
The guys in the store is helpful and friendly.
I’ve drove by this place 50,000 times to go buy beer at other place but, not anymore. The also carry some household items and snacks. Splurge on a hot pickle if they are in stock.
You can park behind the store and enter through the rear, if parking is tight on Western Ave.
