Purchasing a foreclosed condo and the inspection was a crucial part in making sure this place was livable (a lot of them aren’t!). My agent recommended them so I gave them a call. Gave them the wrong address so had to call back but they fixed it right away. My inspector was Reese Hamilton. Showed up at the place earlier than me and gave me a call when no one was there. As a first time home buyer he walked me through the inspection step by step pointing out the flaws of the building. The washer turned on but started to leak water. Reese went down to his car to get a towel to clean it all up before finishing that day. Didn’t feel rushed and I personally learned a lot from him. Very satisfied with the whole process.

My inspector was Reese Hamilton, he was great! He was on time and very efficient. I would definitely recommend him. He came out on a Sunday, Superbowl Sunday, at that. I had the report within 24 hrs. Very Happy and Satisfied!

Chuck Johnson is stellar! He clearly had a mission – to uncover every possible unfavorable issue with the very old home I had my heart set on buying, and to inform me of what should be done to fix them and what my options were. He was extremely thorough, fair, clear and communicative. His written report was as professional as it gets and he even followed up with a phone call, wanting to reiterate his concerns. Since I was buying the house on my own, it was very comforting to feel that I basically had a «big protective brother» looking out for my best interests. I would highly recommend Chuck to anyone. I believe he’s as qualified as any home inspector out there. I’d even recommend him to inspect The Taj Mahal, The Vatican, The White House… You get the picture.
