HORRIBLE experience. Closes before midnight, even though the drive-thru menu board advertises«Open til Midnight or later», which I won’t take away points for, because that could mean at participating locations only. So I didn’t get to order anything on my first visit, however, my second visit I made sure to go during early evening hours, was asked to wait a few seconds to place my order by the drive thru cashier, waited at least five minutes to place an order, confirm the order, and be given my total. Waited another five minutes to receive my food. NEVER visiting this place again.

This Burger King is rude and lack any customer service. They got the order wrong and when I returned all hell broke loose. They took the good back and refused me my money. And attempted to call the police on me. We waited 2 hours and all this time they lost thousand of dollars over a twenty dollars order.

As far as speed is concerned, this place is a disaster. They’re ALWAYS under staffed any time I visit which results in extremely slow lines. Sometimes you have to wait 20 minutes for your food, and the employees always seem to have an attitude. On the bright side, the fries and the food are always fresh, and they accept coupons that come in those little Burger King booklets, which is a plus.

Went for the New Frappé cashier said they don’t have the machine but the commercial advertising it has been airing for 3 weeks. Get it together people!!!

It’s Burger King, not haute cuisine. Keeping that in mind, however. this place could stand for some help. Staff is so-so, the garbage inside and out can be a bit off-putting, even though I’ve never caught any whiffs of anything, but I’d definitely be on staff about dumping the cans, inside and out of this place more often than they do if I managed this place. I disagree with Baroness D. that the employees only show favor to people with no class. It’s all about your attitude with them. If you walk in with your nose up, as if you are judging them, then they have a problem. It’s not right, it’s not fair, but it’s been my observation, as while the service ain’t the best, I’ve never been treated rudely or suffered any rudeness from them. Truthfully, I’ve never been to the bathroom here, as the garbage teeming in the cans pretty much told me to stay away. But, like my star rating says, I’ve experienced better.

I dread coming to this place for many reasons, but it is the closest fast-food restaurant to me, so I really don’t have any other choice. Let me give a rundown of the reasons why I dread coming here: 1. hypes hanging out inside and around this place 2. horrible customer service 3. employees have too much of a nasty attitude, and only show favoritism to customers who aren’t like me(the customers they favor being those who have absolutely no class or nothing going on in their lives) 4. restrooms aren’t adequately stocked with toilet paper because the stupid, broke, lazy hypes steal it! 5. not too fond of BK anyway, because many of the sandwiches and other staples they have are only for a limited time unlike McDonald’s, White Castle, or Arby’s, who keep their new additions permanently it seems.
