As a Capital One 360 customer, I love this place! I get half off all drinks which are made by Peet’s coffee. The atmosphere has a work space vibe which I really like. The staff is always incredibly friendly, both for the coffee and the bank! My only complaint is that they are only open until 2pm on Saturdays(bank hours), but it forces me to get out of the house and get to work!

Love their coffee! Getting my fix there every morning! Very friendly staff! Always asking for capital one credit card, so I could save half of the cost! I always forget to call capital one to reopen my card!

I walked into the café needing a debit card under a tight deadline(I was leaving for Paris in 2 days). Everyone I talked to was incredibly professional and helpful. I opened a checking account easily, but was slightly disappointed when the representative told me they couldn’t expedite my card to arrive before my flight. However, I checked my mail this morning– they somehow got 1-day shipping on my card and it arrived just in time! Thank you capital one 360! Also, I got two free drink cards out of the deal. What a wonderful experience. Great service!

I would not bank with this company. They will rob you of your money, make you pay fees and have the power to freeze your funds whenever they like, without a logical reason. Put your money somewhere else, bogus company.

Great concept, poor execution. It’s billed as a coworking space … most tables are inaccessible to an outlet and dance music is overpowering my headset — thus impossible to engage in a business call. I’ve been to many Peet’s café’s and not one has music as loud as this one.(BTW — I LOVE music, and I LOVE dance music just not during a business call.) Peet’s and Capital One needs to reasses. On the upside, the breakout spaces are great — but I can’t see how you could have a meeting there given the loud music.(Right now a hip hop mix of «Now that we found love» is booming). Wish I could find the love here … hugely disappointed. Corner Bakery provides a better work environment.

Great coffee and they give you a free latter if you have a 360 account. Can’t beat that!

This might be one of my new favorite study spots! 360 Café is spacious, clean, and has friendly staff. I came here for the first time yesterday, and there were plenty of other people reading the newspaper, studying, or chatting with others. There was great energy(although this place seems to be on a quieter end) — the pop music playing in the background wasn’t too loud. I ordered a medium coffee with soy milk. I really love that they sell Peet’s coffee here for reasonable prices! There are plenty of tables and chairs available throughout the café and some couches and sofas in the back. And to top it off, there are outlets everywhere for your chargers and the wifi is fast. I only wish that they didn’t close at 2 pm on Saturdays! Would love to stay a little longer through the afternoon, although I will definitely be making my way back here during the week.

I had a problem with my bank account and came in, a very helpful woman named Mary promptly sorted everything out. Unfortunately something else went wrong and I needed more help the next day. She remembered me on sight and resolved all my problems. Plus there was free pizza and half off coffee. I can’t ask for a better banking experience, everyone there was top notch.

This café has such a good energy. I love the vibe. I came in with my pooch who seemed to be welcomed, grabbed 2 hard boiled eggs, a Greek yogurt and a peppermint mocha. We sat in a little back area with some very comfy couches. It was a relaxing experience, just what morning coffee should be. It felt like I was having coffee at home, but cooler. The staff is young and happy. I would definitely choose this spot over Starbucks.

My first ever Unilocal elite event happened at a Café 360(hello April, 2013!). Couldn’t be happier to have a chance to visit another Café 360 just across the street from our hotel on our Chicago trip! My husband and I came for their free drink courtesy of Unilocal check in! We came two mornings in a row and were able to try out a few of their drink specials! We were allowed to choose any drinks(hot or cold) from the menu! I opted for the hot matcha green tea almond milk latte(so good I had to get it again). My husband went with their Matcha green tea frap and salted caramel macchiato. All drinks were top quality and beyond delicious. Best of all? they were all free! Can I just live right across from you forever please? Wished Capital One would open more of these cafes in the city! Definitely will make my way up to NYC location more frequently!

Always great energy when I stop in. Staff is friendly. I work in the neighborhood and would definitely choose this spot over the countless surrounding Starbucks.

The only coffee shop in chi that I actually like working from thanks to spacious tables and excellent wifi. 50% off your drinks if you have a capital one account. Nothing special about the drinks(same as Starbucks). Wish I would’ve discovered this place earlier but I always walked past it thinking it was a bank. Will no longer be going to oak rush sbux or Argo if I’m needing to work. This is my new spot.

Had to leave a review for this place, even though I’m not much of a Unilocal poster. Awesome place to study! They give 50% off discounts if you bring a student ID(or if you have a Capitol One card, which I don’t). Lots of outlets, free wifi, large tables, natural sunlight, clean atmosphere, quiet atmosphere, hip music and friendly staff(who were kind enough to comp me and my roommates some drinks!). The coffee is not anything amazing, but when you’re paying $ 80k a year for tuition and you’ve got exams coming up, that’s the last thing you’re worried about. I’m so enamored with this place, I might actually switch banks!

I am a customer of this banking firm. I love the facility. I love the access to the internet. I love the ½ off beverages if you pay with you card. However, I have tried chai tea several times and it taste mediocre to bad. The services are great but the quality of the tea needs help.

The world needs more Peet’s. Coming from Houston, the only exposure I had to Peet’s was via Hobby Airport. Of ALL places in that vast international city, Peet’s was in an airport terminal. They say Texas is pretty backwards sometimes. So, I move to Chicago, and lookie Peet’s is a street away from me. And it’s being served in a café with fast wifi, plenty of seats, great people-watching perches along the window, abnormally nice staff, and tons of free drinks like 70% of the time. Not to mention there’s some counter intuitive hipster-value in going to a coffee shop owned by The Man, a bank, in a city where micro-roasters are necessities. I’m so mainstream right now it’s hip.

I’ve passed this establishment countless times, and due to the line at Starbucks I decided to give it a shot. I am so happy I did! The barista made a white chocolate peppermint mocha that made me forget about Starbucks. There were bankers available but there was no pressure to switch banks. Overall great experience AND you get a free coffee for your first check in!

If you got a Capital One card and around the area, I can’t find a reason why not come here for coffee. Great coffee for half listed price when you use your card!!! Plus they just remodeled so the place looks awesome ;)

Yes, this is a concept café… and it’s genius. The gimmick? Capital One 360 Café is not your average coffee house; it takes a unique, creative approach to modern banking — a bank that markets itself as a café. Before the ING Direct acquisition by Capital One, ING realized that traditional brick and mortar bank branches were no longer a necessary component of modern banking. Through their enviable reputation for being customer friendly and their competitive interests rates on savings accounts, ING built a strong and loyal following… including myself. Initially, I was nervous about the ING Direct acquisition. I had not so stellar experiences dealing with Capital One in the past and was worried their unfriendly approach would extend to my ING Direct accounts. Fortunately though, Capital One 360 continues to offer no-fee, no-minimum checking and savings accounts with«great rates» and FRIENDLY customer service. So, come on in! Order yourself a CHEAP coffee and grab a seat. Use the FREE wi-fi to explore everything Capital One 360 has to offer, including Share Builder(which is awesome, by the way), or use it to Unilocal *wink*. Make sure to use your Capital One 360 debit card for regular discounts, especially 50% off drinks. Oh, and there is an ATM if you want to conveniently withdrawal cash. Free Wi-fi, a comfortable atmosphere, and 75 cent coffee is enough to make this one of my regular coffee stops.

I love this café. They always have great specials going on, for both current and new bank customers. Right now, everyday is half price for current customers. Even without specials, their prices and drinks/food are excellent and way better than any Starbucks. I was initially worried about the transition from ING to CapitalOne360, but other than color changes and some redecoration, it’s been pretty seamless. The café has retained all its great features. I even heard that they’re trying out some smaller cafés in Boston in less centrally located areas. Hopefully they’ll be very successful, so we’ll see more of these great cafés all over the city rather than just the large downtown ones. The employees are usually very friendly. They’ll never push their bank products on you unless you ask, so it’s basically just a wonderful, affordable, and spacious café serving delicious Peets coffee. I think you can also rent their meeting spaces, but I’m not sure about the specifics. I really enjoy being a customer of the café and the bank.

Today was the first time I walked into this café. I passed it many times before, but since the weather was terrible, I thought I’d give it a shot. And WOW, I do NOT regret it! The baristas are very friendly and the prices of their coffee is surprisingly cheaper than most of the coffee shops in the Gold Coast! I’m astonished by how awesome this place is. I had great customer service and the barista even gave me a card for a free drink for my next visit. I will definitely be coming back here to get work done in the future. The atmosphere is very nice and I love their music playlist. Nothing but great things to say about this place!

THERE’S CASHINMYCOFFEE! This is one of my favorite places to get coffee. Why do you ask? It seems like every time I go here they are running some type of social media contest and I get my coffee for free. I am just so surprised that I have never ever written a review for this place. This location use to be the ING Direct Café up until a few weeks ago. One of the things that attracted me to this coffee shop was the bright orange European look it had. I really loved it but I am sure that it scared others away. But that was then and this is now. With the corporate take over of banks eating each other it is only fitting that Capital One 360 Café ate ING Direct Café. Now if only Caribou Coffee could do that to Starbucks the world would be a better place. You may be coming here for coffee but the gimmick is that this place is a bank. All of the baristas are also bankers with specialties in certain areas. My Starbucks guy can only make foam art and not help me plan for the future. I do hope that the bank advising gets better then when it was ING Direct Café. I tried several times to talk to a banker here but they were always busy with someone else. The last time I tried I was looking for the mortgage expert and I was told she was busy and would be right with me. I sat in the window working on emails for 45 minutes and no one talked to me. I was a little mad but figured could I really refinance my house from a coffee shop. I went with another company and was able to do the refi in 12 days. ING’s loss on an easy slam dunk home refi. So here are my hopes for Capitol One 360, please be more attentive to customers asking financial questions and advice. Yes I do like the free coffee but I do want some advice here and there. You may actually make some money off of me but you have to talk to me and not just take my coffee order. One of the great things is that the bank subsidizes the food and coffee cost. They want you to come in the door, bank and hang out. They do not charge you crazy Starbuck prices. They also have free wifi too but you are going to have to get the code from the front desk. Now I mentioned this place being bright orange, well that has changed and everything is kind of a dark red burgandy color now. The grand reopening took place a few weeks ago. They have even remodeled the inside, changed some of the rooms and removed one of the window bars. This place is also set up for wifi. There are plugs everywhere so you can easily plug in and not have to worry about your device dying while you are working. I really like this place because it is so comfy and relaxing. It is kind of a great secret in the city and it is one of my favorite outside offices, when I am in between meetings and I want to get some work done.
