I’m in my late 30s and yes, I still shop here. Let me explain why… For starters, I’m a fan of hello kitty and they seem to have a section of my beloved feline. Also, this is a great place to get anything costume-wise for fun runs and such. My last visit to this location was for the Pancreatic Cancer walk(purple walk) and I needed some purple accessories, or at least something for my hair. I also had a cosmic boxing event at my boxing club. Hair accessories were buy 1, get 150% off but I found myself in the back of the store hitting up the clearance section 10 for $ 10 … I literally spent $ 3 plus tax and got exactly what I needed: — a pair of socks for my cosmic boxing event(white with neon colors) — a purple bow clip for my hair for the purple walk — a headband(I can always use a headband with elastic for the pool, gym, whenever) Yes…$ 3!!! I’ve also shopped here for past events like the color run and cosmic run. In other words, yes… adults can still shop here and it’s fun!!!

Got my ears pierced here. they are very professional. you will need to choose one pair of earrings from their starters earrings. price varies from $ 19 to $ 55. no additional fee. they will give you a big bottle of cleaning solution as well.

Claire’s was the place to go during my junior high days! We had to have the latest feather pens, clear, glittery hard plastic purses and any accessory adorned with yin yangs, peace signs or frogs. Ok, those details alone probably show my age! My four year old niece looooves Disney Princesses and Hello Kitty, this was the perfect place for Easter basket goodies. She also just started ballet, so I was happy to find Hello Kitty ballerina accessories! One pack of hair bows had a frayed one, so I asked if any more were in stock. The sales associate checked and there wasn’t, so she offered 20% off. I declined, but it was great that she offered a discount! I also love HK so I may or may not have walked out with a few things for myself…

Basically, I wanted to get my ears pierced. I’m 18, and I’d gotten my first ear piercing in 5th grade, and I realized that it’s about time I get a second one. And I realize that Claire’s isn’t a cool place to get your piecings done, not like a tattoo and piercings parlor, which I actually looked into beforehand, and those places cost like $ 60-$ 80, which is ridiculous. But if you’re looking for a simple first, second, or third lobe piercing, or even cartilage(they offer that at this location) claire’s is perfect. Paid $ 22, and it was quick and easy. Granted, I bought the cheapest earring they offered, but even with the pricier ones, it’s still cheaper. And they give you the giant bottle of cleaning stuff, and 2 lollipops. So pretty much you don’t have to go to a crazy, expensive parlor for a quick simple piercing. thanks claire’s.

Ah, Claires. The place to go for cute, trendy, not so trendy, fantastic plastic, cheap«fancy» slash rhinestone jewelry and feel good styles of earrings, bracelets, necklaces, and more. While the fact that they have a security gaurd at the door makes me feel a little weird, this is the place to go for a jewelry bargin. H&M is a close second, but as Annie says, nothing will send you straight back to junior high as fast as a trip to Claires. Really friendly sales staff and they often have«buy two get one free» sales, but the best part? They honored an earring club card I had that was so old they lady said«wow, they haven’t had this style in forever!»

Who doesn’t love Claire’s when they are in 5th grade? Well I still stop by here maybe a couple times a year(mostly because I work a block away) and it brings me back to the good ol’ junior high days! They do have some kinda cute jewelry and you will never be paying more than $ 10 for something. I recently stopped in and they had this rainbow bracelet and I had the exact same one when I was 5. No joke, haha! Oh if you are looking for headbands to wear when you work out or just in general, they do have a really good selection of those. I bought a pair of 5 thin bands for only $ 7.50 and they do a great job of keeping hair out of my face and not falling off. And sometimes they have those buy 1, get 150% off deals. Overall, I would recommend coming here if you want to get some cheap but kinda trendy jewlery or if you’re shopping for a tweeny!
