I waited months to get a response about a repair, then finally they responded. Told me to send the item to them for repair, 4 months haven’t received my item back or any response from them, they’re ignoring my e-mails. I will never buy any products made by this company.

I have had Cobra radars for awhile now, my husband had them first and then I got on the bandwagon. Recently, I switched cars and my carplug was constantly live and my radar detector would always be on and I didn’t want to have a dead battery. I contacted their customer service and was really happy with the rep I dealt with. They explained the options very clearly and easy for my understand, which is helpful since I am not a car person. LOL FYI, they recommended that I could use the Smart Power function or get an accessory to hardwire the detector to my car, so it would only be on when my car was on.

I bought a Dash Cam off the Cobra website as a gift. I realized immediately after I ordered the product that I switched up the shipping address on my order, including my own address rather than my relative’s. It was after-hours on a Friday, and I was shocked when a customer service rep picked up the phone and helped me get it squared away immediately. If I had to wait until Monday, it would not have shipped in time. Thanks Cobra!

Spoke to a customer service rep, she was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions and provide me with a solution that I was happy with. Thank you and keep up the great work! The worst customer service I’ve ever had. I called other day and waited and waited. They have option to speak to representative or leave the phone number to get the call within the 10 minutes average call back time or leave the voice mail which they promise to call back within a 24 hours. I left my phone number and I waited but, no one call me back. Today is 2days after I made that call and I decided to call back. I called 10:20am and I still waiting one the line listening automated voice recording over and over. They piss me off and I will see when they are going to pick up the phone. The Current time is 10:50am and I waited for 30 minutes and it is on going… I will never buy Cobra product anymore. They had good detector once upon a time but, their customer service sucks now.

Contacted them twice for a parts request for one of their products and they completely ignored me. I guess you shouldn’t expect any customer service from Cobra Electronics once they have your money.
