In August I ordered two stuffies for my son’s birthday. I didn’t hear from the company. A month later, it turned out she hadn’t received my order and I did it over. Somewhere down the line, I got worried after not getting my stuffies and I asked when they would ship, and she answered my email saying«at the end of the week». She had waited on fabric and that took a while. Two weeks later I had not received my order. I asked her again. Pretty high maintenance so far… She said the box was returned to her, and she asked if I had given her the correct address. Yes, it was, she said the box was not delivered to me because of water damage along the way. She offered me a refund or a rebate. I took the rebate, wanting to suport small businesses and I really wanted those two stuffies! Begin December, the 6th, I asked her what happened, via email, there is no telephone number. She never responded. Now the month is up, I am out of a $ 150 and I still don’t have my stuffies. By now I don’t want them anymore. It has been 4 months! At the same time I ordered those stuffies from this company, I ordered a stuffie from another company in Portugal. That stuffy came within 3 weeks and it is darling. I have emailed this company and asked for my money back. If she doesn’t before January first, I hope I can still file a claim with PayPall. I am deeply dissappointed.
